I am single parent of 6. We found a RV at RV Liquidators in Clovis Ca. It took us 7 hrs to get there. Dan, the Owner, said it has been thru a Deep inspection Passed all the tests. We went to pick up the rv, it was pouring down rain, Thank God it was. Dan,was nice at first. He said, No Leaks. We took possession & started to head home. Next thing u kno, water started Pouring in like slow faucet! So went back to the rv place, Dan, is Ignoring us. Dan was standing 10 ft back from me watching  two mechanics on the roof trying to see where the water was coming from. I was in the front of the RV looking to. I noticed water damaged visors and seats & asked Dan to come look. He totally Ignored me, kept talking past me looking up at the two on the roof. Dan is trying to say its a " Fresh leak" and advised the guys  to caulk it. (Remember, its Pouring down rain and there caulking the roof?" I said " sir, if you would Please come look at this visor you will see it's Not from today. It's a problem that is Pre- existed & it could have black mold up there. After No Response, i stated "I Don't want this RV." He Yelled out "it doesn't have black mold!", I asked him "please just come look." He yelled & Charged at me from 10 ft away, got up in my face within 1/18th of a inch & as his eyes were bluldging & spit flying, he yelled "I have had Covid and it took my M****F**** eyesight! I cant See!" Out of Instinct to protect myself,  I Yelled back;"Get out of my face you Covid B******!" That's when he Yelled "Get you F***ing rig Off My property!"; "I don't have to do Shit for you! By law, I Don't owe you Nothing. Call me a Covid *********."I said, "No, I called You a Covid B******!" OMG! My daughter was in tears watching this Maniac Run down her mom Yelling and Spitting like a Wild Man!  It was the Most Horrible experience I ever had! He told me to leave and he doesn't owe me "****" by California law, & threw me off his property at least 10x. How are they in Business? Got my $ back thoe!!!

P.s. I am a Mom, A Single Mom.This Maniac got up into the Face of a Single Mom. UNBELIEVABLE!

We filed and won a small claims judgement against RV Liquidation Center, dba as RV'sLess, because they charged us for a inspection report and failed to give copy of report at time of sell. We purchased an used 1998 Holiday Rambler and Dan and Danelle recommended that for $495.00 dollars that RV Liquidation Center, herein referred as RVLC, would preform a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) report and provide a copy of report listing concerns about condition of our used RV. I was a former Ford Parts and Service Manager and I am very familiar with Pre-Delivery Inspections, also known as Safety Inspection Report that vehicle dealers refer to on used car lots. When a dealer, RV or car dealerships, sell you a product at time of sale, they have to by law, they have to provide an Invoice for Services rendered. RVLC refused to provide copy of PDI report that we paid for and listed on invoice. We tried for months to resolve issue with no results. The reason we are filing this complaint is to inform the public, any former or future customer, to be aware that any extra services or options you decide on when purchasing a vehicle, get a copy of reports or invoices that you are entitled to. Our Court case # **********, is for review. Per Court findings: quote " The fact that RVLC could produce other documents from our sales file but not the PDI, leads this Court to conclude that the PDI contained information which was not helpful to defendant's, RVLC, case and instead supported plaintiff's, our, position. Please be aware of service charges which you paid, you are entitled to an invoice, report. If you have had a similar concern, file a complaint with DMV, which handles concerns with 'Time of Sell' and have them get a copy of sales files with PDI reports. If RVLC refuses to provide copy of any service/product charges, refer to this case # for review. File complaint with BBB if RVLC refuses to provide with invoices for services rendered.

We are surprised that BBB gives RV Liquidation Center an 'A' rating, given the fact that numerous reviews and complaints revolve around Dan and Danielle K***** broken promises, attitudes and poor customer service handling. We do not recommend this company, as they deceived, mislead and lied to us on numerous occasions and issues. Please be aware of dealerships like this, we believe their sales tactics are unethical.
