    I placed an order (order #*****) on November 14th of 2023. On December 7th 2023 I reached out for a status update and they emailed back stating it would ship out the end of the week (the following day). On December 15th of 2023 I reached out to cancel my order and asked for a full refund, as it had not been shipped for over a month. The company replied back stating they wanted to make me happy and would offer to ship over night the order or refund me and asked me to reply back with my choice. I replied back stating if they would overnight that day I would be ok with it, otherwise to please cancel and fully refund me if they could not ensure it would be overnighted that evening. I followed up twice to my original response stating I wanted a full refund and to cancel. Today, December 20th 2023 I received a message saying my order shipped via **** and the phone number for support provided was a ****** phone number with no voice mail set-up and not to mention the tracking for that **** package could not provide a tracking yet. I would WARN anyone considering this company to RUN they take your money and do not care about the consumer- who is to say that what they put in their product is even safe if this is the way they act.

As a result our production was delayed and we shared updates with you as soon as we received them from the facility.     I have tried to cancel any future orders with this Company yet I just received a third order today when I only placed a one time order months ago. No phone number to call. go figure but buyer beware. One more order and Im hiring an Attorney. **************

    I subscribed Detoxifying Smoothie Box (30 Pack) at the end of May of 2023. I received half of my order during mid-June. I've emailed them several times asking for a timeline of when the rest of my smoothies will arrive and was given no solid answer. I've also requested a remainder refund if they can't provide me with the rest of my smoothies, but the rebuttal was always to substitute the rest of my smoothies with the other two flavors (which are not that great) to avoid giving me the remainder refund that I'd request. It wasn't until I told them that I want a refund of the remainder of the smoothies, unless they could provide me timeline, that they said the smoothies would be shipped the week of July 17th. After July 17th, I still had no correspondence as to if my smoothies were shipped. I emailed them on the week of July 17th and asked if my smoothies will be shipped. They said yes. Well, it's August 2nd and I still have not received the rest of my smoothies. I'm extremely frustrated. I've never experienced or known a company to continue selling products if they're continually out of stock. It's ridiculous and poor customer service.

That is why we've offered our clients to replace flavors, while offering free products and discounts as well to address the delay. Most prefer to switch flavors to get a complete box however if that's not the case we're more than happy to provide a refund.     I ordered the Banana Lucuma superfood bars. To me they tasted like cardboard. Did not like them at all. I got an email stating they would be sending me another box. I immediately texted them and asked them not to send them. The next day they say they are on the way. I tried calling and of course no one answers the phone. Im not leaving a message. Please take me off your list and dont send them again or charge me for something I asked you not to send.
