            There is an associate at this business who is committing fraud. One of their night time cashiers rounds up prices on credit card transactions.For example, a taco from their kitchen is $2.50, and 5 taco's would be $*****, this associate charges customers $***** dollars and does not verbally announce your total, or show you the total on the **** that the business uses as a cash register. Additionally the order tickets that the cashier provides to customers to take to the kitchen to pickup their order does not show itemized pricing, or the total, or any pricing information. This pattern was simple to pick up on, went for dinner several nights in a row, and when the associate was not working, the prices were correct, and charges were for the prices advertised, when the associate in question was working the price was different, and higher, but only when this associate works. I confronted the associate, and they simply tried to play it off as a simple mistake, however transactions are all manually entered into their ****, nothing is scanned, its all manual entry. The associate has to knowingly enter a different amount in order to charge a different amount. For example, on an order that is totaled at *****, an error might be *****, or *****, which is understandable if the associate is busy or not paying attention. A manual entry of *****, that is not a mistake, and not when it only happens on the shifts were a particular associate is working. This is a ski town, and a tourist destination, so its understandable to assume that most people would not notice an up-charge of .50 on their order. This is fraud. Please, tell me I'm wrong.
