    Date of Transaction 2/12/24 Order #***** Simple, I ordered 2 IceBeanies after receiving an email that showed order 2 for $71.98. I was charged $79.98. The $71.98 was advertised in two different ways, once in an email (attached here) and then once I had placed the order it gave me an option to add "a second IceBeanie for 20% off" I didn't choose to add a second Ice Beanie because I already had ordered 2...Even though there were 2 different locations where the discount regarding ordering 2 IceBeanies were advertised, I still have had such an unnecessary back and forth for 3 weeks with customer service, at one point them saying it was by fault for not choosing the "bundle" and offering 10% back instead of the 20%... Mind you this is only an $8 credit that I am asking for... They offered $4 instead of the $8? Finally I thought the best way was to return the Ice Beanies since they have a "30 Day Risk Free Satisfaction Guarantee" , for two weeks I received back and forth emails until finally they accepted me returning but me having to pay for shipping. I am so confused and exhausted with this process. I am surprised at the customer service.

After further review we understand the incorrect item was selected in place of the anticipated discounted bundle. Regardless, we will gladly refund the difference to match the bundle discount.
