    If I could give a "zero" review, I would. I brought my Class C RV in for a bathroom water leak & repair to some of the cabinets that had water damage. All of this took four, FOUR months to complete!! I live in my RV permanently, it is my forever home, in SW ******. I knew the work would take a little time, but NOT four months! I couldn't find a place to stay close to home, so decided to call Blue Compass in Manteca, **, because my sister lives in ************, an hour drive away & I could stay with her. Thank God we're close. We found out just how long four months is!! During this time, I was lied to by my service rep at least 3 times, that I know of. All regarding getting parts from the manufacturer. My RV is brand new & under warranty. I called the manufacturer a few times, myself, & the answers were all the same, "parts were shipped". I would tell my service rep., then all of a sudden the parts were there. Funny how that works!! I am so DONE & want everyone to know how unreliable, incompetent, etc., Blue Compass RV Service, Manteca, CA is. Buyers BEWARE!!!!

    Sold me a bad trailer and then stopped responding. I bought a pop up last December and have had the cable break twice and a tire blew on my first trip with it. Used it 3 times in less than year and due to the cable constantly snapping I have been unable to use it more. Do not buy for this shady dealership

    Sorry to hear about your issue on your tent trailer.  We did send you a replacement cable that you installed yourself.  Tent trailer cables are prone to fail when the tent assembly is overextended.  You are welcome to contact our service department if you have any questions or concerns.

    So initially my experience here was extremely pleasant with Fantastic customer service and the support staff being overwhelmingly kind and eager to assist. That was a short lived narrative. My coach was brought in on Dec 20th, 2022 for a plethora of warranty items such as auto leveling and motor control, A/C, minor trim repair, and backslash repair in the main bathroom (2022 Jayco 312BHOK). After the initial check-in process, my coach sat for over 3 weeks while "waiting on parts". After multiple failed attempts over SEVERAL WEEKS to contact ***** (my rep) with no response, I arrived to the dealership in person. ***** proceeded to tell me that some issues had been fixed (auto-leveling and A/C) but my trim and backslash pieces were still not available and advised me to take my coach back home until the parts arrived. I arrived at home instantly to find out that the auto-leveling issues HAD NOT BEEN FIXED. It is now March 9th of 2023 and MY PARTS STILL HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED. I received a phone call from Manteca trailer earlier today asking for payment on the work that they completed!!!!?????? My coach still hasn't been properly fixed, and after over 2 months my parts still haven't came. YET THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR PAYMENT ON INCOMPLETE WORK.... That's absolutely disgraceful management and bottom tier operating procedures. PLEASE don't WASTE your time or money with these slick talking sales people!! I'm a firm believer in ACCOUNTABILITY and these reviews are our best way to counter corrupt and shady business practices! From an upper middle-class blue collar welder, PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THE TROJAN HORSE EXPERIENCE AT MANTECA TRAILER.

    Horrible customer service with the new owners, management etc. We had never had to pay for any warranty work done at Manteca trailer until the new knuckle heads took over. We were charged for them to just check out the problems we had on our list. Also could never reach these idiots, we had to go in person if we wanted to talk to someone in the service ***** We would leave messages and no one would return our calls. There was also statements made by them that was absolutely untrue. Please if you want to keep your sanity do not purchase from them.

    Tired of the lies being told by service and parts and delivery people. New delivery was not ready as promised. Warranty issue not resolved in 6 months. Have not been able to enjoy my unit at all. Service people lie about parts, never return calls, tell customers things about their service that is a lie. Their business ethics are so poor after you complete a purchase there. They take your money then lie to you then ignore you
