    Dec 19 2024 approximately 1:10 PM I presented a coupon "Get TWO FOOTLONGS for $13.99". The sandwich maker stated I could only get, ham, tuna, meatball, or cold cuts. I said I want turkey he said no those were not cold cuts.The coupon excludes "Footlong Sidekicks, Big Hot Pastrami, The Beast & The Garlic Roast Beef.

    Hello, my name is ******** regarding customer complain. On the coupon it does say that (Redeemable at Participating US resturant). But we still accpet coupons and the only time we don't accpet the coupon if they are expire, or they are redeemded at different location, because when we will scan they coupon it will say that it has been redeemed at different location then we don't take them other wise we take coupon on ******.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business did not address the issue of not honoring the subway coupon. My complaint is not the only instance of this subway not honoring the subway coupons. There are more complaints found on **** showing that this business makes not honoring the subway coupon as part of their regular business practice.
    Please stop this subway from this dishonest if not illegal practice.

    Good Morning , yes, we do take a coupon on turkey the only time we reject copon when it's expire. Yes we do take coupon's and we do run all the promation that subway do. Answer to your question yes we do expect coupon's. we do go through over 100 customer's a month sometime's out of 100 customer someone is not happy if they don't get there way. At subway when customer add's extar vegetable's extar sauces and sauces on the side we don't chager extar but if you go to any other food place they chager for extra's. once again yes we do take coupons on ******.

    I am rejecting this response because: Again Subway is avoiding my complaint! I had a valid coupon which Subway refused to honor. Not honoring a coupon is this illegal? I don't know? What I do know is this Subway refused to honor their coupon. According to **** reviews I am not the only one! This practice of refusing VALID coupons must be seriously dealt with. The first step after the numerous complaints is for Subway to acknowledge their mistake(s), hopefully it's a mistake. Then and only then can I accept their response. Or I can take further steps by filing a complaint with the *********************************** and/or *****************************************. The other agencies recommended to address my Subway coupon issue.
