            Update: 9-12-22 Do not use this company for any services. They ripped me off for $100 (Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022) out of pocket for changing a flat tire and putting a spare tire on it. The driver told me that my insurance company did not cover my roadside issue. ************ who works with the company told my insurance company that the issue will be resolved be on Monday, Sept. 12, 2022, but they lied to them and me. They admitted on a recorded conversation between ***************** Customer Representative that they provided the services to me. **** also stated that he does not know why the driver asked for $85. I also did not receive a receipt for the service rendered. They are about to be investigated. The BBB and ***************** will get involve now. No matter how long you have been in business, that behavior is unacceptable. The owner (she will not tell me her name) hung up me when I asked for my funds and lied to protect her driver. I could not post this message without selecting a star. In reality, no one should contract business with them anymore when you remained in denial over a wrongdoing by one of your employee's. It starts at the top and trickles down to the bottom. I do not want innocent people to be taken advantage of like me. ********** and his wife are nasty people, and both of them lied about the whole issue with no accountability. They did not like me writing bad reviews about their company, but they deserve to have their business put on notice to protect other customers. I hope there is something that can be done soon. ******* Insurance tried to contact them to no success because **** kept telling to have me call him to pacify them but not pay me when I contacted him. If they lose a contract with ***************** (They can confirm the call via their recorded messages on the Geno via *************************, ******* Representative **************) or ask for a Manager.
