About a week ago I made a purchase for a hotel to go see my girls. Nothing got flagged everything went through fine. Today I made a purchase same hotel went through fine. Then I go to leave and get gas and my card gets blocked no notification from my bank just customer service who say the branch isn't open until Monday. This is a direct attack in me as a customer to stall me and not be able to go see my daughters.

    RE: Complaint of *****************************
           ID# ********

    Dear **************,

Regulation requires the Bank to obtain specific information with regard to customer accounts and transactions. ********************** was uncomfortable with the questions that the Bank was obligated to ask him in order to comply with those requirements.

The Bank is closing the account at Mr. ********** request which was made through the complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. ********************** has not provided a change of address request to the Bank; for that reason, the check will be mailed to the address the Bank has on file which he provided at the time the account was opened.

    Sincerely,
    *********************

    Complaint: 21325488

I am rejecting this response because:

MSB is blatantly ignoring me the account holder's request to send the money to my new address in ***********. The address of record with the bank is no longer valid because the address has been changed as indicated on the previous BBB request. MSB bank tellers and staff harassed me and made defamatory remarks, and were abusive and "mob like" with me, which is unacceptable. I will now involve my attorneys to force MSB to mail the check to my *********** address and add interest and a penalty, since they are refusing to do so, proving the difficult tone MSB has consistently taken with me. Attached is an authorized letter from me signed with my signature on record with the bank ordering them to send my balance to the new address.

    Sincerely,

    *****************************

    Complaint: 21325488

I am rejecting this response because:

The bank is again ignoring the attached letter with my signature on file directing them where to mail my account balance.  Instead they want me to call the branch where I was harassed and defamed. WOW!

    Sincerely,
