    Put $4,000 down on 12/27/23 for shutters and was told 7-10 weeks for delivery and installation. It is now 6/26/24 and **** hasnt communicated anything to me. Doesnt answer calls or texts. When I call during business hours, nobody picks up and then Ill get an automated text. Starting to think my blinds are never coming.

    I contracted Veteran **************************************************** on May 12, 2023, to install shutters for four windows in my home. I paid $1,600 via check, as agreed upon, with the expectation that the installation would be completed within a maximum of two months. Despite making the payment, the services have not been rendered as of today's date, September 11, 2023.I have made numerous attempts to contact the company via phone, email, and text messages, but have received no response. This lack of communication and unfulfilled service has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.Upon further research, I have discovered that I am not the only victim of this company's unethical practices. There are multiple complaints against them on various platforms such as social media, Yelp, and even previously on the BBB website. These complaints further substantiate my claim and indicate a pattern of fraudulent behavior.I am seeking either a full refund of $1,600 or the immediate completion of the promised services. Failure to address this complaint will force me to take legal action and further escalate this issue to protect other consumers.I kindly request BBB's intervention to facilitate a resolution. Thank you.

    We purchased some window coverings in February from this company we paid for the window coverings and we never got them now I can’t get them to call me back to tell me when they’re going to schedule my installation. I’ve left several messages via phone, text & by email and no one has returned my calls lately. I did hear from the sales rep back in March who told me that there were some back ordered parts but he anticipated to receive them soon & would call me around 3/30/23 to schedule and install haven’t heard from him since and no one will call me back.

    Feb. 21,2023 paid $1500.00 deposit for 4 wooden shutters to be installed in mid- April 2023. I have called, emailed, texted for a week straight - no answer, no response, no status update on when installation will begin. It appears from yelp reviews this has been an ongoing issue and I’m not the only one he has taken money from and ran.

    **** ******, owner of the company, came in and measured our windows on 2/8/2023. Emailed me a quote on 2/8/2023. Quoted a 4-week lead time on the blinds, but an 8-week lead time on the shutters. Paid extra to expedite the shutters, so that all would arrive within 4 weeks. Paid 50% deposit on 2/9/2023, in the amount of $2,199.35 Texted **** ****** on 2/22/2023 regarding the installation. He replied on 2/24/2023 that the estimated shipping date for the products from the manufacturer, was 3/3/2023. Texted **** ****** on 3/7/2023 regarding a status update. Never replied to my text. Emailed **** ****** for an update on 3/13/2023. Replied on 3/16/2023 with "I apologize for the delay – I am extremely behind on my messages and trying to get through them. I have the banded shades in – but I am still waiting on the blinds and shutters from ****** as they are running behind and I am waiting for an updated shipping date from the manufacturer on those." Emailed **** ****** on 3/17/2023, "I understand. If your MFR is unable to ship by the end of the month, please cancel this order and issue me a full refund. We want to work with you, and I understand that you're at the manufacturer's mercy, with respect to shipment, but if they're not able to meet their lead times, I'd prefer to source this somewhere else." Emailed **** on 4/3/2023, "Regarding invoice ******, please cancel my order and issue me a full refund. I understand per your last email that you're very behind, but we can't continue to wait any longer. We were quoted 4 weeks on 2/9/2023, and even paid extra to expedite the shutters. At this point, we just feel that we're being scammed. Please confirm once you've issued my refund." Never heard back. Never issued any refund. In addition to this BBB claim, I'm going to file a fraudulent charge claim with my bank.
