            Sierra propane was the company used at the rental we used from 2019to2022 and had nothing but foul attitudes thrown at us from the first time we started business with them, they requested us to drive hour and a half away to open a account with them we had no choice so wasted gas time and money to get treated as though we were pest every season around spring our credits turn to a negative balance I asked *** ***** to send me copy of our bill history cause she fails to send receipts everytime we recently had a credit around 40.61 which now is a past due bill every spring this happens do I not have a right to see my billing history and then to have ******a interrupt me as I am requesting my billing history and then call me very rude she might as well have spit in my face and said just give me your money I miss Kamps propane my billing history is the same way I do business with sierra propane e but they keep taking my money/credits sierra propane has been racist on arrival in Merced and this malicious repeat of them stealing my credits just has to stop they won't provide my receipts nor will give me copy of my billing history cause they know they're wrong and they don't care sierra propane in Merced ca ************ ******a in the call center just cuts me off and calls me names then hangs up on me

             I am rejecting this response because:
            ******, with Sierra Propane , simply does not have time to do the math with me, he has none of my bank payments toward my bill nor does *** ***** their accounting person, they simply refuse to respond to Where's my money, I asked to see the payment history and they still yet to be accurate, can I sue, cause that's too much money to allow to to just disappear?
