    On 4/7/24 I went to vision insight optometry to pick up my childs warranty lens.When I arrived I was told to wait 1hour to cut the lens because they cut the lens there.I said ok I will wait .1hour had gone by & I went to check if my childs glasses were ready & the tech that cut my sons lens came out and gave them to me.When I looked at the finished cut lens I immediately noticed one of the lens was cut very wrong.It had a big gap at the top of his glasses that you could see the light go through the tip of my finger fit .At this point I realized & the issue was the tech had cut the lens way to small.The tech insisted that it was because his glasses were not knew and I told him no .I said why did the other lens that you cut come out right and the other one didnt as well as his old lens he replaced did not look like that either.I told him it was very sharp at the top of the lens were he had cut it to small.He told me give me a couple of minutes I will fix it.After waiting another 20mins. He comes out & all he had done was filled the top of the lens were it was sharp & had not fix the huge gap he left at the top of the lens because there was no way he could fix it because he had cut the lens to small.Now I ask to speak to manager .She gets very aggressive I tell her the *********** put the glasses on my child.My child tells me in front of her mom I cant see through this lens at the top I see a blurry line and a opening at the top.she tells me we are not ordering you a new warranty lens because you didnt pay for warranty it is free I say no they charge 25 dollars to process warranty lens and she said it doesnt Matter she said I dont care.Then she proceeded to insult my child by saying what you need is to get your eyes rechecked thats why you cant see through that lens I said no this is his brand new prescription what you need is to take responsibility for cutting my childs lens to small that now the lens doesnt fit properly in the frames & by the way this is my second incident I have had with this place.6 months Ago I had the same problem when my child got new lenses for the same glasses.The tech had cut my sons lens to big and after the third day of picking up his glasses with the new lens I had paid over $200started to form these weird bubbles in the lens I immediately went back & showed them & was told that they had to order new lens they told me the problem was the tech had cut lens to big that is was to tight in the frame that the pressure of the big lens cut to big caused the bubbles.Turns out I was told he is the same tech that cut my childs lens again to small now.And they are refusing to order a new warranty lens that my child can not see out of because on of the lens is cut wrong.
