  I made an appointment with an employee of Hello Beauty Studio by Mary. I booked an **************** with a girl named *****************************. During the eyelash service ***** admitted that she was not licensed but that she had 6 yrs experience. I still allowed her to finish the eyelash service . However the very next day all of the eyelashes had fallen off. I asked ***** to fix them in which she agreed but later told me she was booked and cannot fix. She agreed to send a refund in which she sent $45. She charged me $120 originally for the set in which I paid $120 via cash payment as well as a $20 deposit sent via cashapp. I made a complaint to the shop owner but she told me there was nothing that she could do because everyone who works there are their own contractors. I asked the shop owner if *****, her employee, was licensed. she stated yes, but could not provide a license when I requested to see Keelys esthetician or cosmetology license. I believe this shop owner is allowing girls with no license to provide services that only a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist can provide, such services that are being offered are eyelash extensions, nails, makeup, facials, eyebrow waxing, tinting and lamination, and other services

  Here at hello beauty we strive to offer the best experience for our clients I had spoken to the customer  and ensued her that someone else could provide her service but unfortunately that day we were fully booked. We would like to offer a full refund to the customer at this time for any inconvenience they may have experience and would like to reassure the customer that here at ********************************************* we take our customers satisfaction at a high regard. In this case, we will do everything we can to make sure this situation is handled amicable for all parties.-
