    Dear *** and ********************************** purchased my mortgage from my previous mortgage company and I have been trying to talk to them to drop my PMI insurance for almost a year and half since my mortgage current amount is less than 80%LTV according to the contract and was promised that it would be taken care of but I received an email from them stating I must pay a large fee to them to get an appraisal first.There's no mention of an appraisal in my contract for this insurance to be dropped off as long as my mortgage amount is less than 80% LTV, PMI insurance should drop automatically. This isn't a common practice in the mortgage sector and is something that should be looked at so isn't happening to their mortgagee. I would like to be reimbursed for my over payments of this insurance from the date that my mortgage was less than 80% LTV.I have paid almost $200 a month extra for two years.Best regards tamtawan Vallisuta ************

It is unfortunate you are having these issues but you will need to direct the complaint to the correct company. Please remove this complaint from our company since it is wrongly addressed.

    I have/had a mortgage with *******. I wanted to pay it off, so I requested a pay-off quote. I received the quote, and then paid that amount on the bank's website. I then started to receive additional bills from SLS. When I called them today, They said that I didn't mail it in appropriately (although they already cashed it) and refuse to cancel the extra money they say I owe. I need a statement from them that I have paid off my mortgage and send me the deed to my house.

    They are telling me my house payment is late not when? Unable to speak with a person they are charging me fees and reporting me as late. I have every payment documented for I have made since they were sold the loan. My payment has gone up exponentially. My next step is an attorney

    The problem is that my mortgage company has failed to supply/respond to SAVE THE DREAM HOME **** assistance program with the requested documentation a (verification form) in order for my mortgage assistance to be funded to me to pay them up to 6months of mortgage!!. I have been going through this since April 2022, and lost the funding before, now I qualified again, and still am waiting for my mortgage company SLS Mortgage LLC, to provided the documentation. I call the *** department multiple times, and they said they sent it, I have reached out to SAVE THE DREAM **** and had a representative spoke to them directly on the phone, with me on the phone, and the representative stated that they have me along with others that SLS have yet to send in the information to SAVE THE DREAM, the representative went back and forth with SLS MORGAGE company in trying to assist me and he said it was sent through a secure file, which we have found out it wasn't. I just want them to send the documentation to SAVE THE DREAM **** so I can get the assistance I need and am entitled to so I can keep my home. It's now been 3 months , and SAVE TEH DREAM HAVE requested twice from them. I am so upset that they have not responded in assisting the customer. I am missing out on funding because they wont send in the papers. SAVE THE DREAM HAS STATED THEY ARE NOT ASSISSTING CUSTOMERS BECAUE THEIR *** DEPARTMENT IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB!! OR SENDING THE INFORMAION THROUGH A SECURE source they are using. I just want them to do their due diligence, SLS MORTGAGE gives you the information to reach out to hardship assistance programs then NEVER respond d or provide the assistance programs with the documentation for me to get the assistance, its like they want you to loose your home. I JUST NEED THE VERIFICATION DOCUMENTATION SENT THROUGH A SECURE FILE!! thanks!! I wish I could get rid of them!!

    SLS Mortgage Servicing processed 2 mortgage paymnets on the same day in the same month and refused to refund the overpayment, the payment was processed on 3/31/2022 and their refusal they say was based on the April payment was due on the 1st but i have until the 15th of the month make my payment without even a late fee, but their reason is negated by the fact 2 payments were processed in the same month on the same day and refusing to refund the overpayment which is the entire basis of this complaint, i want resolution by the way of a refund of $725.00 and any overdraft fees that are brought to my account at $35.00 each.
