    I ordered a bouquet of flowers on January 22, 2025 to be delivered on the same day. The flowers have not been delivered as of January 23. I paid $82.20 I have been trying to contact customer service but they do not answer and all other transfer options lead me to the ordering department who say they can't help and only offer to create a ticket for management to contact me. I have tried canceling my order on the website and again it says customer service will contact me.

    I ordered flowers for same day delivery on 1/21 for my late mother's funeral service. The company promised same day delivery on their website. This is misleading to the consumer as this company cannot deliver on their false advertising. 30 minutes before my mother's funeral service, while myself and my entire family were already gathered to pay our respects, we received a call from this customer service of this company stating that they could not deliver the flowers, despite having a full day to let us know that they could not fulfill the order. What evil company lets someone know 30 minutes before a service (this is clearly stated in the delivery address that this is a funeral!). This left us with no options and we had no flowers ready for my mother's funeral service. This has left me with severe emotional damages and distress - the customer service *** who called us offered no other solutions. I am seeking additional credit from this company as well as coverage for the emotional distress this has caused me with their false and misleading advertising.

    Flower delivery service made a false claim that product delivery was attempted and does not provide any information about status after multiple attempts to get in touch with customer service. **************** agents were either not available or fielding too many calls or closed even during posted open hours. No call back or email after multiple requests.

    I ordered a bouquet based on the picture advertised on their website. They sent a bouquet with a cheap clear vase and inferior flowers, not even the same color! The bouquet was also much smaller and I paid for same day delivery, and they delivered after 8pm at night!

    I placed and paid for an order for flower delivery. However, the flowers were never received. I was even charged and paid extra for certain day delivery. I have called multiple times to get the status of my order and you cannot speak with anyone. I have submitted an online request for a refund via their website yet still no response.

    Terrible! Do NOT USE! I ordered flowers from this website at 6:00 am on my 20th Wedding Anniversary for my wife , paid extra to have them delivered before Noon; Never Showed up. Called to have delivery location changed because now my wife isn't home anymore, two more hours go by; then get a call saying they "can't fulfill the order." ************************** AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Go with SOMEONE ELSE!!! DO NOT USE!!! They will RUIN your special day, and then leave you to scramble, DON"T CHANCE IT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! NO APOLOGY, NO OFFER TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT, JUST TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

    I ordered from FlowerShopping.com because it advertised same day flower delivery across the **. I ordered, paid for a very pretty picture that I was happy would be at my Uncle's funeral the next day. The next morning I got a call from a lady telling me that my order will be cancelled because they can't deliver to that location. This is a very stressful time and they have made an easy process into a last minute even more stressful time. Their site has false advertising. In our about us page they state "We deliver all across the ************* and ******." AND they clearly do NOT.

    Today, November 29, 2024 at 10:21am, I placed an order for same-day delivery flowers through Flowershopping.com, but no delivery attempt was made. Additionally, I was charged for the order and did not receive any notification or explanation as to why the delivery was not completed.

    ************************** scammed me for 102 dollars I got the charge reversed by ********** and they rereversed the charges because ************************ committed fraud and provided them a tracking number as proof of deliver . I ordered the flowers on the 26th on my moms bday . When they didnt arrive and I couldnt get anyone on the phone I looked up the reviews of this business and read multiple reviews confirming this is a scam business .i can go through my emails and provide the tracking number if needed **
