I purchased a used preowned vehicle at Audi in Modesto CA on January 28th 2024. Its a 2015 Buick Lacrosse Premium 1. The salesman told me that they replaced the shocks front and back of the car, they even replaced the front brakes and rotors. The service technician checked all fluids prior to me buying the car. Two days later I took myself and my dad to ******* in this car, when we got out of ******* and put all the grocers in the car. When I turned on the car, I put it in reverse I noticed a buck or hard shift from the transmission. My dad and I checked the transmission fluid, it was a light brown and smelt like power steering fluid. I called Audi and told them that they put the wrong transmission fluid in a GM car, it's supposed to be pinkish red not light brown. The salesman said huh that's weird, come bring it in and we will take care of it. I brought it in the next day after work and they gave me a rental car, I had to pay 50 but got reimbursed for it. They didn't charge me for the transmission flush, i checked when I got it back from service and it was the right fluid. 2 months later my brakes were starting to pulsate. I was thinking to myself well that's odd because Audi told me my brakes and rotors were brand new. So I had my dad check my brake pads and rotors. My brakes had barely no pad left, the rotors had grooves in them from the brakes being bad. So Audi lied to me saying they replaced front brakes and rotors, and lied to me when they gave me a paper stating they replaced the parts. So they never really put new front brakes and rotors on the car. I do not believe them, I could have died from a brake failure. I will never buy a car from them again and I wouldn't want anyone buying a car from them because they lie straight to your face of crappy service they do just to get money from you.

We purchased a 2023 Audi on November 11, 2023. I tried to order sequential 1960 Legacy license plates from DMV I paid my $50. I never received the plates so I decided to check in with DMV only to find out the registration was never transferred to in my name. I contacted the dealership and spoke with ***** he said it takes up to 90 days but he would follow up and let me know. I never heard back so I assumed it was taken care of I contacted DMV again and I was told to reorder my plates as the transfer should be in process. So I reordered and soon I got an email from DMV saying they were unable to process it due to the registration not being in my name. I contacted the dealership again and I am not getting any answers. I was told by the sales manager, ****** that I needed to call ********** of America because they have the title. I told him I did not buy the car from ********** of America I bought it from Modesto Audi and this was not my job. I have had conversations with others from the dealership they all said they would get back to me, however no one has done so. As far as the law goes it is illegal to sell a vehicle without a title.
