Paid for a bobblehead back in November 18 that was supposed to arrive by Christmas 10 days before Christmas. Now I am being told I must pay extra $$$ to get it by 12/23. When I first paid, they were okay about communication, but clearly they are not in the **** They only respond to emails very late at night so unless you stay up late, there is usually a day delay trying to communicate anything with them. They sent photo proofs of what they are building and everything was okay except for the final proof. There was something missing which I informed them within minutes of receiving the email. I received an email saying they would fix it but never heard back from them. The piece missing was something I was VERY specific in my initial emails and photos. They acknowledged all the items in the initial request so I'm not sure why they left out the one detail. After they replied saying they would include the missing item... I never heard from them. I had purchased other bobbleheads from another company. I purchased them on the exact same day and I have already received the other bobbleheads from the other company. But still didn't even have a tracking number. I reached out and they tried to tell me they sent an email yet I never received any such email. Not in my spam folder or anywhere else. They said they sent me an email which I never received, but yet they did send me an email when I inquired about my status. And if they did send me an email, since I didn't respond, why didn't they follow-up? They never sent any other emails. So, now they have finally reached back out only to tell me I have to pay more in order to get the bobblehead in time for Christmas. It was their error for not putting the item on the bobblehead we agreed upon. They never sent any other emails and now they want more money. DO NOT buy from this company. Who knows when/if we will get this product since the don't seem to want to do anything until we pay more.
