    Self-Help Federal Credit Union Bank in ******, ********** failed to update my new mailing address when I had given it in person. It caused my billing statement sent to my old address in turn caused me to miss my installment loan monthly payment. Due to their error, it took away my opportunity to pay on time and caused a delinquency on my credit report. I paid off the remaining amount and they refuse to take the delinquency off my credit report. I want justice.

    This bank is terrible. No one know what the correct thing to do is. When they give incorrect information they do not fix their error even if it costs you money. Worst bank I have ever worked with. I wish I could give them zero stars

    The latest merger with Premier Community Credit Union has been one huge headache! The poor people working in the ******* and Stockton offices are doing their best. Debit cards that can get PIN number for, not everyone in the same household getting their cards, some getting checks but not the others. And not able to support VENMO. Last week when I asked about my husband's card not being received, I was told it should in the mail. Monday, when everything fell apart, I was told that it was mailed and activated. Not possible. We didn't receive it. Then we discover that there is a physical address and a mailing address. Not the same. The mailing address was to my son's house, who doesn't and has never had an account at this bank. Finally was able to order a new card to be sent to replace the one we didn't receive. It will take 7-10 business days. We will be leaving on a trip in 8 days. What are the chances that we will get it before we leave. We have been with Teachers' Credit Union which the became Premier Credit Union and now Self-Help (for years). We will be looking for anther bank.

    Last week, we experienced several issues during the Premier Community Credit Union conversion to the Self-Help Federal Credit Union system. The issues impacted debit/ATM card functionality for many members. We also had unrelated problems with our phone system, mobile app and online banking.

    The problems have all been fully resolved.

    I have been banking with this credit union for years and never really had any problems until now. In the past 2 months my accounts have been compromised. First it was my Credit Card and then my checking account. So the fraud protection department automated line called me and listed that amounts that were attempted and I confirmed that it wasnt my purchase so they transferred me to speak to a live person and no one came to the line this happened on a Saturday I had to wait until Monday to speak with someone, mind you Im in the store trying to make my purchases because Im going out of town so when I finally speak with someone on Monday, they tell me that they are blocking my account and for me to contact Self Help Federal Credit Union to request a new debit card so I speak with the representative at the bank And I tell them that I think its very suspicious that my card has been compromised for the fourth time and all they can say is Im sorry Im sorry to hear that. I think its an inside job. Someone is accessing my account. They know my paydays, because it always happens when I get paid. This is horrible and Im closing my account. Someone needs to be accountable for this. This is awful how they treat their customers. Its very frustrating having to wait to get a new debit card and then they charge you $45 to expedite a card when it wasnt your fault.

    If I could give this zero stars I would. WORST place to go looking for "help". I got my card stolen right from my mailbox, thieves decided to spend over $5,000 and when I called to get this sorted out. They did NOTHING. I have visited the branch multiple times, I have called, I have emailed. No answer whatsoever. I have endless paperwork of proof I was robbed and they still denied my dispute stating I myslef called and activated the card when I never saw it because it was STOLEN. WORST EXPEIRENCE EVER.

    Yes My Bank ***** federal Cru combined with Self Help FCU and they are in ***** ** and ******** and ******* **.falsely misused name in fraud and seriously harass myself used my name on paperwork falsely I caught them and no manerger even work there ***** fuc office very pedujudce acting I got actually account closed without my permission NCUA I am waiting for stage 2 report .and it said requires for myself and NCU A get copy never didso open now using after closed account finance worker ,*************************** is collecting any all information falsely to my credit report .witch all is falsly done I have paperwork of all she is still scamming Americans with our gov ***** for here *****************************
