I placed an order through the company for car fenders on their website. The order was for front and rear fenders. The was in May of 2022 and the order totaled $2,139.98. I filed a claim #******** in February of this year as the order was never received and was unable to contact the company. Well in March 2023 I received several texts about my order, and later received the back fenders. I have not received the front fenders and once again have not received any contact from the company. I also have been unable to contact anyone or receive a call back.Business response

Hello,
I have attached the email copy of our response to *************************. We are working on fulfilling his order within 3 weeks. We are keeping in contact with him, and he knows he can send us an email at any time and we will respond within ***** hours. I have let him know of our new email address and the person he was talking to no longer works with us. I am not sure if our former employee was using his personal phone to message him, but we have no record of it. I looked on our website chat and did not see it there. We are working to make things right!

On the 26th of September 2021 i purchased $2,599.97 USD worth of goods from z************* the money was withdrawn from my account on the same day, and i was issued with a confirmation text and thank you. My Order number was; Order#**** I emailed them at Z****************** about the progress of my order on the 11/11/2021 as to where they were up to with my order and they responded on the 10th of December 2021 with "hey c**** your Louvers are in production and we are waitin* for your hood to come in from over seas still we will let you know once we get an update Regards, Z********* I followed up on the 11th of Feburary 2022, and did not get a response. I then proceeded to email them roughly every month until the 27/04/2022 where they responded with "hey c**** we reached out to VIS earlier this week as were still waitin* on VIS on your hood as it has not been released from the port. As soon as it gets released we will let you know so we can set up the freight delivery" I emailed them again on the 23/06/2022 where i first asked for a trackin* number or full refund on my order. To which i still have not received a response. I have emailed them roughly every month since, with no response. I feel contact has gone dark and i will not receive any responses, I would like the items i have paid for, or a full refund on my order however i do not know how to go about this as they will not respond to meBusiness response

I placed an order August 19, 2022 from Zakustec for a pair of honeycomb carbon fiber fenders for my Infiniti g37s. I was told it should be done middle to end of November, since then I have emailed trying to get a status update at least 4 times with no response. I have been waiting on these fenders to drive my vehicle. At this point I just want a refund.Business response

CUSTOMER BEWARE. We ordered what was advertised as carbon fiber fenders for a G35 coupe from Fly1motorsports through *********.com. They were close to 1000.00 and we were told it would take several weeks (10-12) for delivery. We ordered in Jan and finally got the product on June 20th. Upon opening the box my son immediately noticed that they were the wrong fenders. They were not carbon fiber at all and not even the same color. Customer service through the entire process was terrible and it was very difficult to get a response from anyone. We spoke to an Oscar first and immediately I could tell he was not going to stand behind his product. We said it was not what was advertised, and he said that he "changed" the website later to not offer the product we ordered any longer, which were not carbon fiber at all. It was a classic bait and switch, misrepresenting the product on the site and then sending us something completely different. So, this went back and forth so we decided to call Fly1motorsports and at first, they were sympathetic and agreed with us that it was wrong… however after talking to Oscar they changed their tune and sided with *********… They would not send us the correct fenders and would not give us a refund. There solution was for us to pay over 300.00 to have the existing wrong fenders sent back, then pay an upgrade to the actual carbon fiber fenders and then pay for shipping back over 300.00 and shipping for the correct fenders to be sent out as a “courtesy” … that’s right… in their minds they thought they were doing us a favor by making us pay for shipping and the upgrade to correct fenders. I told him we had no choice but the process a chargeback in which the owner of fly1motorsports basically stated that he talked to shopify and we would lose… every solution that we tried to come up with they blocked us and now we are stuck with fenders that are not carbon fiber with no options. No matter what we tried or how much we pushed they eventually cratedBusiness response

As far as Mr ***** *****, he never sent back the product, so he was not refunded. I have contacted Fly1 Motorsports for proof of the emails that were going back and forth between Mr. ***** and the manufacter of the fenders, Fly1 Motorsports.
We sold their product on our website, however Fly1 fulfills and ships out the order.
I have attached a copy of the emails as a pdf.

I made a purchase on the Zakustech website for a product (**** ****** ***** ********* which I paid the full price along with their asking price for international shipping on July 8th 2020. This product was to be custom made per order and based on the website information, I could expect it to be completed within a 8-10 week timeline. Received email from Zakustech on October 9th 2020, indicating that shipping cost is a total of $330, so since I had already paid $200 on original date of purchase, I was required to send them an additional $130 via PayPal, which I did the same day. Received follow-up email on October 22nd 2020 asking for a phone number I could be reached at for the shipping company (Pilot Freight Services *****************************/). Tracking number on Pilot website is provided in supporting documents. On October 30th 2020 I received email from Zakustech that a shipment was on the way via Pilot Freight, which according to shipment info, would arrive in 1 week. To keep as short as possible, I waited patiently, with the understanding the COVID-19 situation may delay that timeframe, however after about a month, I started trying to contact Pilot. I did not receive any email reply from their website message service and I had no success reaching them via the phone number on the website. Finally, I noticed an update on Pilot tracking showing it was in my city as of January 13th 2021. Eventually I was able to reach Pilot via phone and was told ***** ***** from Zakustech had recalled the shipment. I contacted ***** from Zakustech and over the course of numerous phone conversations (did not reply to many emails) was led to believe Pilot actually lost the shipment and they were waiting for the insurance money so Zakustech could resend. I may have been naive, but since I saw evidence Zakustech did initially send the product, I believed them (***** *****) when he said they would resend. Last time I spoke to him was late February and now I get zero response.Business response
