            On September 29, 2023 I went in and started the process of getting contacts, they informed it would take 2 weeks to get the sample contacts back i paid $200 cash and waited about month i called to see what was going on and they told me my prescription since its a high number was back ordered. Calling them is horrible you wait for so long. I waiting another 2-3 weeks and i went in mid November and asked whats going on they checked and said there was nothing for me and they were going to call the lab to see what is going on i told the lady her name I believe was ****** i just want refund she said the manager was not there and she is the only one that can approve it. ****** the manager was supposed to call me i gave her a few days and i called was not able to get a hold of her everyone i spoke would say shes busy shell call me back, got really upset until November 29th she called me back and stated the refund was going to get started. It is now January 4th **** and i called yesterday for an update and spoke to ******* she stated she wasnt available will call me back, i called today again shes not available she will call me back. This is ridiculous having to wait for my refund that i paid in cash up front and after months can not get my own money back. At this point i just feel like they are taking advantage and if i dont follow they will just sweep under the rug and keep the money , i wonder to how many patients they have done this to, so sad!

            This is in response to the compliant filed assigned ID ********. The consumer placed an order for contact lenses, due to the type of prescription there was a delay with the our vendor fulfilling the order and was delayed. The patient proceeded to request a refund at the office and his request was taken. A refund was process and the they were able to pick up the refund check on 1/04/2024.
