    BUYER BEWARE!!!! These people are CROOKS!!! If you value your money and your time, DO NOT EVER purchase anything from them. They are friendly and accomodating when you are in their showroom, but as soon as they have your money they are horrible. They charge you for an item, arrange a delivery, and that's where all hell breaks loose. IF AND WHEN they arrive, claiming that they have not included parts and try to upcharge you a ridiculous amount. They give you an arrival time, that is b.s. and you waste an entire day and they don't show up. If you call the store to find out what is going on, they lie and NEVER call back. They become rude and hostile and imply that the problem is on YOUR end. Disgusting people who charge a fortune for their appliances, and leave you hanging. If this was an unusual situation, and I was alone in my experience, I would probably give them the benefit of the doubt. I explained the experience to some friends, and EVERYONE has had a similar story. This seems to be the way they operate.

    I’m in the process of a complete home renovation and have purchased over $40,000 dollars ?? on top of the line appliances at WDC in Lomita Ca. all appliances were delivered safely but were not installed as told by WDC installers until my kitchen cabinets, new hardwood floors and quartz countertops with a 9ft.island and waterfall were installed first. WDC installers showed on May 8th 2024 to install 48” double oven, stainless steel hood and column Refrigerator & freezer. Oven and hood were installed but installers called and left a message that they would be back on May 9th to install refrigerator & Freezer .I was at work when I received message . When I got home I noticed scotches on my hardwood floors and there were chips on my new countertops . I called my contractor to see if he could replace just the countertop but told me that because of the waterfall , the whole Counter and waterfall have to be replaced . I’ve contract the manger at the Lomita store and was no help .I am seeking money ?? for damages done by WDC and there installers .I told the Manager if this matter is not resolved in a timely manner , I will file a lawsuit against WDC and there employee's . Cost to replace all countertops is $17,500 . I received a call from one of the installers and I explained the situation and tried to lie saying the counters were already damaged . This is BS as I told him I just had the countertops installed and took videos and pictures before they arrived .then he changed his story and wanted to come buy to try and buff out the scratches but it’s a deep chip and a 3” scratch on the opposite side of the counter . I noticed when they were working that they placed a painters drop cloth over the countertops and propped up the stainless steel hood on top of my countertops and was using my countertop as a work bench ! Do the right thing WDC and pay for my damages caused by your people or I will sue your company ! I My Contractor will be taking photos with a 35 mil.camara .

    I wish I read the reviews before purchasing from WDC. Never Again. WDC does not stand behind the products they sell. They will not accept returns even if they are defective. I bought a BOSCH dishwasher only to have it overheat on it's drying cycle. Before I go any further I should give a shout out to Lupita who has been trying to get Bosch to accept responsibility for their defective item. It's not even 4 months old and no one is accepting responsibility. I'm out 1500. How do they all live with themselves.

    Never, never buy anything from WDC, especially its Agoura store! Don't buy anything from this store not only because of 25% restock fee, that they never told you when purchase agreement was signed, but also the way how its salesman/manager treated you. Recently we were renovating our kitchen and purchased a 30-inch stainless gas wall oven and stainless cooktop and was told by salesman that there might be small restock fee within 48 hours upon receive it if anything wrong. So we postponed the deliver day until our contractor told us ready to go. Unfortunately, when we received the oven, it was black stainless instead. We went back to the store and discussed with the salesman and his manager shortly after delivery (within 4 hours!). We were told there was no stainless one in stock and need to order but would take 2-3 weeks. We could not wait that long due to contractor's schedule. We had to return it and decided shopping around in other places. We were told 25% restock fee then even it was not our mistake. Finally, after long discussion with store manager Anthony, he agreed to drop the restock fee from 25% to 15%. However, we checked our credit card and found out they still charged us 25% restock fee even the product is in original condition. In general, this was a very unpleasant experience. WDC and its salesman/manager (commission driven only!) has either crooks lying or stealing from its customers. Hope my story helps when other shoppers plan to buy anything from this store. Read less

    WDC is a company that does not back their customer. I bought a dryer in September that worked one week. Now January 2023. They refuse to return or credit my account even when their sales staff and lower management agreed to do so. I have since bought, a new dryer from Speed Queen works great, will never buy from WDC again at any price. WDC continues to be totally unreasonable throughout this. Just trying to prolong the return process and stick me with an extra dryer sitting in my garage for now nearly 4 months terrible company to do business with. BEWARE! Know who you’re doing business with stay away from these selfish amateurs.

As the retailer, WDC sells products on behalf of the manufactures, however, we do not have any involvement in the manufacturing of, service, or the warranty process. All the merchandise we sell comes with a warranty (provided by the manufacturer) that covers any repairs related to the product not functioning as it was designed to.     Horrific 14 month nightmare of lies and deceit. Stories, manipulation, taking my money for their use while they keep putting me off. They should be shut down and I know others are in works of making this happen…. .

    WDC Torrance has either idiots or crooks lying and stealing from its customers. Management lies about sending refunds, won’t tell you who their boss is. Avoid WDC in Torrance, if not the entire chain. Again, at least idiots. Possibly, crooks and thieves.
