    We purchased a 2024 ******* from this dealership. We went here only because it was between model years and this dealership was the only one with the vehicle we wanted in stock.The vehicle had numerous dealer add ons that I didnt personally want, Including an environmental protection package that costs nearly $1,000. I told them I did not want any add ons. They explained they were already on the vehicle and couldnt be removed. Understanding that, we moved forward with the sale.When it came to negotiate price they refused to just give me the price of the vehicle and finance rate, they played this what number are you comfortable with a month. I told them i did not want to negotiate that way and they said thats how they did it. We finally settled on price.When we got to finance, the guy goes over the price and it included an extended warranty and gap insurance which made the finance amount much higher than it needed to be for features we did not want. The finance guy tried to slip them in like even though it was something thag was never negotiated with me. I called him on it and it was resolved.BUT THE LAST STRAW, was the following day we received a call from the dealer to schedule an appointment to bring in the vehicle to get the environmental protection package (a treatment to protect paint and interior) applied to the vehicle. THE ONLY REASON I PAID FOR IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WAS ALREADY APPLIED TO THE VEHICLE AND COULDNT BE REMOVED! It was not, it was totally possible to remove the charge and the dealer outright lied to get the add on sale to the vehicle. The dealer is unethical and outright committing fraud.

This package includes a set of services to provide exterior and interior protection against damage to paint, fabric, leather, and vinyl surfaces. These services are added for the protection of your investment and ours while on our lot. These protections are recommended to be reapplied throughout the lifetime of the vehicle. At the time of sale it was not possible to remove. After the sale we refresh these items for your further benefit.     I just purchased a used 2021 GMC Sierra from this dealership. The advertised price did not included the dealer add ups. When I went to see the truck I asked the sales man and the manager that I did not wanted the dealer add ons. The manager completely refused and stated that those add ons were already on the vehicle and they couldn’t be removed. Add ons should be optional and not mandatory. For me this is a bad business practice as the items added were way over priced. I would like to get these items canceled, removed, and/or reimbursed as these misleading practices should not be allowed.

    Moss Bros GMC and Chevy will try and squeeze every last cent out of you. I bought a 2022 truck from them they low balled my trade in and added a markup that I had to negotiate down. That part is my fault I was too excited for the purchase and got caught up and they prey on it. But the biggest issue I had with them was finance. I put a big enough down payment on the truck to not need gap insurance but they convinced me and racked it on anyway. I called after the fact to cancel it and they were super rude to me and also left me on hold on one instance they kept me on old long enough that the finance person was gone for the day so I called again and finally got with finance after another very long wait. They said they could cancel the gap but they never sent me the paper for me to sign to cancel it. The financer they use Mechanics bank is also a nightmare DO NOT use them. GMC makes nice vehicles and sure you can shop from moss bros just know they are going to try and squeeze every cent out of you. Temecula Valley GMC is where I take my truck for service they are 1000% better At customer service and their sales people are so nice. If you’re in the market for a GMC and in that are go to Temecula valley.

    No, too late, it shouldn’t take people complaining on BBB for you to do your job and treat people right. Dealer markups should be a crime, I’m almost certain you don’t tell GMC you mark up new vehicles. Be honest from the start if someone doesn’t need Gap don’t sell it to them just because you can. If you really cared you’d pay for the entire amount of my gap insurance from the start not just a pro rated amount.

    Since the very beginning we purchased our beautiful truck at this dealership we have had issues. Very disappointed once again... unfortunately we had some mechanical issues with our truck and due to us purchasing it at this dealer along with purchasing the extended warranty, we had to return here for "repairs". Its been almost 4 weeks since we dropped off our truck. It has been a nightmare with the service dept. No communication with us no follow up no updates. NOTHING! We had to drive 1 hr to dealer just to get an update that truck is not ready( and keys were lost). We understand short staffing;however i dont understand how a 4min call to customers to give an update could not happen. We were told our truck would be ready this week due to Labor day weekeend....WE CALLED to get an update ( we have had to call every time for updates although we were told they would call us!). We went through extended warranty and well we havd yet to get the option of a rental vehicle! I believe this is all false advertising regarding all the "benefits" If dealer cant hold and/or take care of volume of customers then services and repairs should be passed on to a different dealer. PAST POST: 3 YRS AGO: Horrible place to do business very unprofessional! Lack knowledge on customer service they lack skills of communication between themselves. Since we bought q vehicle there it's been nothing but trouble and inconvenience! Please do not do business with them
