    Business response

Customer has never contact me or my manger prior to this complaint to BBB.  This is the first I am hearing of it.  I received an email about the same time as this complaint demanding a refund.  I have never had the customer come in to show me the boots they had purchased nor the pants.

Customer states that they chose to purchase a pair of boots too big for them.  We inform the customer that should be sure of their purchases as worn shoes are not refundable.  It is posted on the shoe wall, at the register and on their receipt.  All are shown in the attachments. I also attached another complaint he made about the shoes and the price.  I never received anything from the BBB about it so I didn't respond (the customer emailed it to me demanding a full refund).  Even in that complaint he states the shoes were too big and too wide, but he purchased them anyway

For the complaint on the pants, the customer refers to them a military pants.  The pants are actually snowboard pants.  If there is something defective, the vendor would usually be willing to work with the customer to resolve any issues.  I can even help facilitate that process if there are indeed defective.  To date I have not seen the pants to determine if there is a defect or if just the customer is unhappy.  We offer fitting rooms to try on the pants and then the customer can see if they fit properly or not.  The velcro inside the waist to to adjust the waist size because they are snowboading pants (not everyday pants).  I am more than happy to help if the item is defective, but per our policy we do not accept worn or used items because we are unable to resell them.
