    Subject: ************************* Contract and Lack of Support When I bought a used 2017 430i from this dealership, I also purchased an extended warranty. Several months later, when I had an issue with the car, I realized that the warranty was not included in the paperwork I was given. Then, when I contacted the ****************** to confirm that I had purchased the warranty, I was told twice that no such contract existed in my file. Despite leaving two messages with the ***************** requesting a copy of my sales contract for verification of the warranty, I did not receive any return calls, emails, or documentation.Imagine my surprise last week when I learned that my warranty was about to expire and I should contact them to purchase an extension!! Three months ago I was forced to pay over $3,000 for radiator repairs at another shop. Given that Mountain View's ****************** denied the existence of a warranty, I had no reason to trust them with the repairs and instead opted for a mechanic I did ******** this point, I don't know if there is any way to satisfactorily resolve this situation. It will be my word against whose? I don't even know. I'm sure they won't facilitate reimbursement of the $3,000 in repairs I was forced to undertake during the term of my ACTUAL service agreement.They won't agree to extend my service contract at no cost, given the misinformation and lack of support provided. A post to the Better Business Bureau website is all I can do. Oh, and I can NOT return to Mountain View or send any friends there.

    I've tried to contact Financial to cancel extended warranty, but no one reply or contact, even in contract it said I can cancel in 60 days. The sale persons and financial are nice, but not when I mentioned cancel. Please give me someone information, so I can contact.

    I will give one out of five stars, because when I went to BMW of Mountain view to help my daughter buy her first used car at this dealer, we were initially greeted by a sales person name ***************, he first showed us the car at the parking lot, no test drive or anything, so when they brought us inside the dealership, they took forever running my daughter's credit and everything.After 2 and a half hours, we were called inside the financial ***** with a guy named *************************, very smooth talker, he lied to us, because he convinced my daughter into buying an extended warranty service for the car, when he told us that this coverage will be for 60 months and for the price he presented to us, my daughter decided to but it. When we came home and about a week later a decided to read the contract slowly, all those extra charges and the extended warranty service was only for 36 months..! And also, he did not mentioned to her that a sticker on the door frames in regards of theft protections was an extra charge on her contract. I was so ****** off about this situation, that I've decided to go to the dealership to talk to their manager. At no avail, because he just pretended to listen to us, but in reality we knew that nothing was going to happen. So, It was a horrible experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! please be aware....
