Summit judgement is horrible they call and say I owe a credit card bill from almost 20 years ago (Which I have paid and sent them proof) and called me 10 times a day. I blocked the 2 different number they have been calling me and my husband from now they are calling me from a different number saying I owe United during my cancer and they are going to serve me paper .. (Please Note I have never had Cancer) they are threading to call my work and family. I did contact a Lawyer to figure out how to make them stop… OMG SCAMMERS ****

We are contacting ***** ****** to go over her file before we file it. We are doing this out of a courtesy, we could just file it and be done with it. Blocking a number doesn't just make a legal matter go away. We have tired to get in contact with her attorney but, she fails to provide us with any name or number. I am really sorry about her having cancer I don't know what this has to do with us doing our job. As for the debt being 20 years old that claim is false it is less than 4 years old. I went through our records personally on ***** ******** file and have not received any correspondence in regards to her satisfying this account. We will just proceed with our actions as stated. Summit Judgment has harrassed me and family for months. All for a pay day loan that I already settled with a different collection company. I've repearedly sent them proof that I had paid off that debt which was sold to a different creditor and was told by Shawn that it wasnt his business. Please have some decency and stop harassing me for a debt I've proven you I already paid.Summit Judgement Solutions Response

After Listening to the recording of Mr. ******* and ***** *********, Mr. ******* informed Mrs. ********* that he was going to contact the number for the company that she had paid to request chain of title. After further review the company is no longer is in business and our client was looking on filing for her breach of contract with our client. We did send out a certified letter to Mrs. *********' home and it was delivered with conformation.Customer Response

My obligation was fulfilled with the the agency who contacted me on behalf of their client at the time. Sounds like your client should have collected monies from them (Commonwealth & Associates) before going out of business. I had no direct contact with your client. Again have some decency and stop preying on vulnerable consumers out of their hard earned money.Review from Karla C

This place said that I had owed a pay day loan but couldn’t send me proof that I had agreed over the phone that was recorded and documents I had signed and who I had owed and what the original amount was for and when. ***** ****** was provided all documentation for her breach of contract including signatures and all of her payment information as to the original contract. She viewed all documentation and also signed them. If Summit Judgments needs to submit all Documents we will not have a problem doing so.Review from Mark R

I had received a certified letter in the mail on Monday and come to find out it was for a credit card I had. They sent me over a breach of contract, my original contract, and many other papers. I didn’t know what to think so I called summit judgments and I was directed to Shawn who was willing to help me right away. He sent me all the paperwork certified mail and I had my lawyer confirm it was the proper paperwork too. Then I called back in and they even let me settle the debt for less then what I owed. They were very informative every step of the way and even sent me the dismissal docs immediately after I paid, so I could get it fully removed off my credit report. I asked them if they could help me with contracts for my business and now they are helping me with that too. Kinda crazy how this whole thing worked out and I would definitely recommend this companies services to any one that is in need of it!!!Summit Judgement Solutions Response
