    I booked an appointment on Sunday October 9th 2022 to get my hair braided on Thursday October 13th, i then got a message on Monday saying I cannot attend my appointment until I come to get a consultation in person which didnt make sense because her requirements said I could send a picture so I asked her to cancel my appointment so I can get the consultation as she ask me too she then texted me back the next asking me to come and pay an extra $25 for same day service when thats not what I ask for I responded and told her I could come tomorrow which is the 10th and she didnt wrote me back until the next day with the same text asking me to come in same day for an extra $25 i then texted her and said can you please schedule my consultation in advance for next day so I can rebook my appointment I didnt get a response so I texted her the next day asking her to please respond or just send me my deposit back because at this point it came off that she is just trying to get more and more money and wanting me to loose my deposit so only responded to that saying she will not service me for no apparent reason when all I was doing was following her requirements I told her why would she not service me when I been communicating with her about getting a consultation?? I then told her I would just contact the BBB for discrimination and running off with my deposit she then text back immediately and apologized and said she got my appointment mixed up with others and all I had to do was send a photo of my hair which I had already sent her. None of her messages were clear and I asked her to be clear because I had followed all her directions. Now I am out of my deposit and have been discriminated against for no reason. I dont want her to do my hair at their point because I wouldnt trust her. I just want my deposit back because this was an inconvenience to me as I communicated with her to resolve this and she was nasty about the situation. This is not fair she hold the deposit money
