    On 8/11/22 I received a quote from Matheson gas for three items that I use in my business to process samples. **10 (Argon Methane), Helium and Liquid Nitrogen. Please see enclosed quote:It show the costs as follows:Product (Gas)Monthly RentalUsage **10(Methane-********************* $108.95 tank $ 11.40regular basis Helium..........................................$45.98 tank$ 11.40regular basis Liq. Nitrogen..................................$149.00 tank$ *****very seldom We only ordered the **10 and Helium gas.When we received the invoice for **10 the total was not $108.95 plus tax but $ ****** Total which include the cost of the Gas plus Haz-Mat charge $18.50 plus product transp. $ $7.50 plus delivery $58 plus state, city and "other" tax. We sent check # **** for $221.09 The invoice for Helium was for $131.24 plus plus the extra charges. which was paid on 11/15/22 with check # ****. We waited for Rental charges invoices of 2 tanks at $11.40 ea a total of $ ***** and never received any. Until two days ago Matheson emailed 3 invoices for the past three months but instead of $ ***** they want $ ****** and that's one of the things I am complaining about.I will not pay for a different quote than I got. The charges ARE NEVER EXPLAINED it just reads "BALANCE FORWARD" forward? of "WHAT"?I only owe Matheson a total of $ ***** NOTHING ELSE for rental of 3 months.Matheson has send me other invoices that do not make any sense and I am attaching all for you to see.. When I call Matheson at ****** or their headquarters in ******** **. nobody answers my inquiries or calls I want Matheson to straighten up (fix) give me a fair cost. My credit is very high because I always pay my bills, but i refuse to pay for what I do not understand they are billing me for PLEASE HELP ME

    Quote clearly states good for 30 Days.  When I called Pat to discuss the invoices and pricing, she would not allow me to speak, she just proceeded to yell and threaten the BBB and district attorney on this manner.  Matheson occasionally has price increases that are initiated from our headquarters that effects ALL customers.  Customers that do not have a contract with Matheson, do not have to be notified of any price increase.  The fees on the invoices were also quoted to her, and those also can change without notice.  I would of professional discussed this with ***, but she was unwilling to listen.  She wants to determine how Matheson does business and what our standard procedures are and that is not possible.  We legally could come to her business to get our assets from her now, but I am willing to give her a 42 day notice of when we will come and pick up our cylinders, giving her plenty of time to procure another supplier.  In return I am also writing off all her open invoices.  The hassle of all of this is not worth $230.  I have included an email I send in response to her today. 1/26/2023.  Thank you.
