This company should be shut down, it is the biggest rip off ever. Customer service is great when you call to schedule a move across country but that is where it ends. The price quoted is not what you will pay when the actual movers show up (first movers canceled the day after they were to show up). I repeatedly asked the stuff would be loaded on the truck and not taken off until it reached it destination. I was told that was correct. When the movers came only one spoke English. I never got an arrival date for my belongings. The number they told me to call never answered. Once I got a call from a person and said my stuff should be there in a week, well some of it had arrived the week prior with no notice. So I thought it would be my remaining items: bed, dresser mirror, patio chairs and missing boxes. Then I never seen or heard from anyone since. I don't understand how you can loose such big items. The insurance company offered me less than $500.Review from Jennifer H

I moved from ********** to ************** with very little personal possessions. The ******** lost my moms hope just in my brand new rocker recliner. I never heard anything from ***** ever. My mothers help just is the only thing I have left of her and now thats gone and they knew it was a brand new rocker recliner. I should never have contacted the sleazy outfit. The most Im going to get out of the loss is $50. Im disgusted with these people I hope they burn in h***Review from Jim J

Under Federal and state investigation for holding furniture hostage. Hey work with companies called interstate, febex, tophill moving and storage also call 5 Star moving and storage. In *************. Original quote on our furniture was $24,000 after picking up the furniture and putting it in their Warehouse the price went up to $55,000. That does not include the additional fees to be charged upon arrival according to the febex representative. We were supposed to get our furniture 6 months ago. But nobody would return our calls as to the time and date to get it.Review from Carla H

This was a horrible experience for my husband and I! We trusted this moving company with all of our things! We moved from ********* to ***** and by the time our items arrived the unbelievable happened! Our items must have gotten wet during the move because by the time they got to us most of our things were damp, molded of damaged! I am heartbroken over this! They opened our boxes and some of our things were missing! This was definitely The worse experience ever!! If they offer to move your things for free, DONT DO IT!! We had at least $10k of damaged and stolen items and the insurance company offered us $380.00!!!That is a slap in the face to us! According to them they dont cover wet or molded damaged items! I would move my furniture in a shopping cart before hiring them again! Please avoid the frustration altogether! Just say NO! Smh
