    I ordered a personalized football shirt to wear to my sons games this season after seeing an advertisement on ******** about a company named Teachergram that made a lot of parent and teacher clothing that seemed appealing. Shame on me for doing that as I will never do that again, and I have since learned the company does not go by Tearchergram (claiming to be based out of ************, but its parent company is in *******?). Rather its website goes to Kinderjoy (based in **). I ordered a shirt that had the wildcats mascot name on front with my name and my sons football jersey number on the back. It took about 2.5 weeks for the item to arrive at my house after placing the order on August 5th. The order arrived on August 21st. Upon opening it, I realized the wrong mascot decal was put onto the shirt. Instead of it saying Wildcats it said Panthers. I contacted the company immediately via email to address the matter. Weve been going back-and-forth for three days with no resolution as they are not following their refund policy nor do I want to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for corrective action. I requested to return the item and to be issued a full refund. They first offered me 10% back. In our latest communication, they increase their offer to 30%. I said that was not acceptable as I would like a full refund for their error in a product that I cannot use. I informed them today that I was contacting my credit card company to cancel the payment and to open up a claim with them so that I did not lose the money. I also informed them that I would file a complaint with you to be fully transparent, should they claim otherwise. Please see the attached images of the item and our email communication. They are all attached to this complaint.

    I ordered 2 shirts They were nothing like the photo I have been requesting this be taken care of since delivery of the products / first of Jan **** was a 100 days of school shirts and they refused to help and now it is about at the 100 days I have no shirts and no refund I have requested my refund back since the shirts will be useless after the 100 days. They refuse all responses back please assist February 8th is the 100 day of school and these will not arrive in time for them to be worn The 4xl is orange/yellow and a secrecy in the print on front The Womans xl is not much bigger than a 6t shirt of my grandsons I have also included shirt comparisons Again I'm requesting a refund since I have been requesting this since (with in the 14 days ) of receiving the items .. their refund policy says I can get a refund if requested with in the 14 days
