I ordered an item from Clarifion on 1/14/25. The payment was already charged to my card. I received an email on the 14th confirming my order and saying I would soon be notified of shipping. I have emailed and left a voicemail (no representatives available so instructed to leave voicemail).I have not yet heard from them via email or phone about my order, whether it is delayed or out of stock or on the way.If I cannot get my item I want my money back.Business response

I mad a purchase on 12/3/24, but have not received a confirmation email or tracking number. My bank has been assessed the $111.23 on Dec 3rd.when can I expect my order? I have sent emails as well as left messages via telephone with no call backs and emails from them that always say the following:Thank you for reaching out! Your order #CF-755797 has been received and we are working on getting it shipped out.Our processing time before an order ships is 3-5 days, excluding weekends.We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well.If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out.Business response

I bought 6 clarion air purifiers in October 2023. They were to work for 3 years. Ive done everything they suggest and one just refuses to work. So I finally contacted a human being after much trouble and their response was too bad. Only have a 30 day warranty. So want consumers to know their product isnt what they say it isBusiness response

I been back and forward with these people about my refund since March. I have called several times. Their products does not work as I pur based for health reason. They are a fraud and I want ny refund. See documents uploaded.Business response

On September 20 2024 I bought 4 Clarifion Air Purifiers to reduce the Dog Pee smell where we keep our Training Pads. On October 25th, 35 days after I got them, 2 of the 4 failed electronically. When I called to get a Refund, as I really did not want Replacements as the did not work well to reduce the Pee smell; I was told ********************** are only offered 30 days after DELIVERY, so how is this fair or right?!?!. Obviously they have fraudulent bad business practices.Business response

Please find attached the customers order details, as well as the initial email we received from them on October 30, 2024. We are committed to processing refunds for return requests as long as they are submitted within 30 days from the delivery date, per our satisfaction guarantee policy. In this instance, the customers request falls outside of the designated return period.
Additionally, our return policy, including this timeframe, is clearly stated and agreed upon at the time of purchase. We did not receive any prior communication from the customer before the initial email on October 30.

On September 24th, I ordered the Clarifion ionizer which advertises that it destroys car urine odor. It does not work at all. I contacted the company and they informed me that in order to return the unit I would lose $9.99 and have to pay for return shipping with a signature for proof of shipment. Because of this, it's not worth returning because I would lose almost as much money as I paid for it! I paid ***** and Clarifion refunded $26.74 from that total because I never received the replacement bulbs I ordered at the same time that I ordered the main unit. So Clarifion owes me 51 dollars and 25 cents. They need to send me a return postage label, not charge me $9.99 and refund my *****. Their unit is a scam. It does absolutely nothing to get rid of urine odor. Plus I read online it can cause cancer. The order# is CF711622. Thank youInitial Complaint

i made the purchase 08/27/24. I ordered 3 of the clarifion units. I was charged ******. When i checked my credit card i saw i was ****** 2 times. I contacted my ******************* and filed a dispute with them. 3 days ago i received the information from my credit card co saying Clarifione had denied the charges and they were closing my dispute. I have made several calls to Clarifion and was told they had to wait for their bank before they could do a refund and then was told it would take aproximately 75 days.iInitial Complaint

CLARION IONIZERS do not work period! I bought three of these from the ****** website. They came in a three pack with instructions on wiping g them down on a weekly basis. You don't need to wipe them down since they don't attract anty dust or allergen whatsoever. I had these useless things plugged in for a period of 9 *********** allergies are as bad as ever! On top of that, I am out the money I paid for them because ****** will not refund the money if you don't return them in 30 days. It just stopped working no light nothing after 6 months. We order 6 one for each of the kids. Everyone just stopped working with in a week of each other. What a waste of money. Don't muy them a scam.
