    I ordered a Acteh ********** toothbrush on Jan. 14 from their website. Order #*****. Website said 2 business day shipping. I was sent a tracking number but after a week it showed it wasnt shipped. I sent them an email asking about the status of the order and received no response. I tried to contact them 4 more times through their website and also called them leaving a message. I received no response from them and the order still didnt show it was shipped.

    Placed and order for a toothbrush with UV sanitizer and brushheads. Credit card was charged however the website shows the order was unfilled. No refund has been issued or explanation why the order has not processed. Would like a full refund or the product delivered as expected.

    I ordered replacement heads for my toothbrush six (6) in total on December 16th 2022 confirmation number Confirmation #N3QIA8L5T. The shipment order #***** , I had ordered 1 yellow, 1 purple, 2 blue and 2 green replacement heads, but I only received 4 and I didnt open them up to see what colors. They were $3.95 each but free delivery if your order was over $20.00 which mine was $*****. I received the brushes on December 21st and I opened on the 22nd and realized there were only four(4). Right away I sent ACTEH an email telling them of the mishap. Please note this would have been the fourth (4th) order of 4 the first time but 6 after that to get the free postage. So I am not a first time buyer. Anyway they never responded and so I used my professional email address and they said give us your invoice number. Well guess what its GONE but I made copies of everything, which they didnt know. They billed my credit card for the $***** and I am disputing those charges and I told them I was doing so. I offered them this solution to credit my MasterCard back the ***** and I will ship them the 4 heads that they sent me BUT THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING because it was there s**** up. No response. They even said that I never made an order so I said to them so youre saying that YOU STOLE $***** from me by using my MasterCard? No response again. Oh and their telephone number is no longer in service aka DISCONNECTED. So theres my DILEMMA can you be of any assistance to me?

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      What do they want me to do with the (4) replacement heads that they did send me? I will send them back but I will NOT pay for   the postage since they error was theirs. Im just glad this business is over and that it took almost a month to do so.

    Your customer service is horrible. This is my third e mail no action has taken to correct your error from a month ago. Please send the correct brushes. You claim you would make it right with no question asked. Well in my case you don't. I have not seen a credit or replacement. I am not sure if this went to the right Acteh address. Regardless, I paid the shipping to return them and paid for brushes that I still don't have. Also between 8/20/22 and 8/27/22 I sent an email to you with no response. Please send me my correct replacement brushes. Please don't send the wrong ones again.
