I bought a 3 month subscription for a Fathers Day present this year, and was going to cancel it after this. I contacted them months before it was supposed to renew and customer support never got back to me. Since it automatically renews I had to file a dispute through my bank to see if they can get my money back and had to get a whole new debit card. I attempted to contact lucky box via email, Instagram and ******** and no response! Definitely is a scam!Review from Mark F

Total waste of money. No way to cancel. The hooks are less than dollar tree hooks. The boxes are the same for crappie and panfish. Lures are better and cheaper from temu, and that is saying something. Stay awayReview from Benjiman S

Can't cancel subscription. Been trying for 3 years now and have to go through my bank to get the money back as a dispute on the card it goes to. They don't answer emails, the "contact us" submissions on their webpage and the # they have on the charge is to a mobile # with no voicemail that only rings 1 time. Whoever owns this company is a flat out criminal. More than likely if your looking at this, you've already subscribed but if not, don't, cause you'll never be able to cancel it without closing the credit card.Review from Sean H

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but 1 is the minimum. My son always loved receiving these boxes. We were happy with this company until now when we are currently trying to cancel subscription. Cannot get in contact with them at all. Contact form on their website yields no results. There are no phone numbers. Sent emails with absolutely no response. I guess now I will have to dispute the charges.Review from Amy S

I was charged after cancelling our subscription and followed their website policy. You cant complete the contact us form on their website because the submit button results in nothing being submitted. They have no working phone numbers. I have emailed several times and the only time I got a response back was when I said I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. The response I received was the website doesnt have an option to contact them because the site is under maintenance and my request to cancel would be forwarded on. After that there has been no response, I have not been issued a refund and I cant even access my account to confirm it has been cancelled. I am now having to file a dispute with my bank to report this and be refunded for an unauthorized charge.Review from Lonnie O

I received two bass xl boxes, they where filled with hooks and sinkers, and a couple no ne hard baits. Might of been worth $10, not $35. I used this company a few years back and it was great, not sure if it's ran by different people or what, but it's awful now. I do not recommend anyone ordering from them. Lucky Tackle box is horrible. I tried to leave a review on their website, but it said my review was not approved. They billed my credit card on November 8th and still have not shipped my box. I have messaged many times and get no response. I tried to call the customer service number and it is always busy. They are a scam company.
