    Perspire Suana Studio has been fraudulently charging my account $139 for over a year. I noticed the charges to my account and called them. They said they would take care of it. I have called over 10 times and I get the same story every time yet I keep getting the charges every month. I did not sign up for any monthly or reoccurring pass of any sort. I wonder how many others are getting these charges and just not noticing them every month. This business is a scam. I have emailed their manager or person responsible for fixing this issue and gotten no reply multiple times. I will be filing lawsuit shortly as they have stolen over $2500 from me over the past 18 months with the fraudulent monthly charges. I do not recommend ever doing business with this company

    Hello, We are a Franchise of Perspire. This person is NOT our member and we DO NOT  have his credit card on file or have charged him. This complaint is for the Corporate Studio  in **********. Kindly remove this complaint as it does not apply with us

    I canceled my subscription in person. I trusted the business to honor their word. Months later, I saw that I was stilled being charged hundreds of dollars. I called them to cancel and get a refund. They waited 60 days (too late to dispute the charge with my credit card) to the day and notified me that they would not be refunding my money, in any capacity because they didn't notate my termination in their system. I have had five friends sign up for this location and will be notifying them of this treatment as well.

    Client contacted us on 5/9/2022 stating that she canceled in Oct in person. Per the contract terms cancellation is done with a 30 days notice via text, phone or email or in person. No requests were made or recorded until 5/6/2022 which is when we waived the 30 day notice and canceled with no further billing.  The process is very simple  and explained at the point of sale. Agreement signed
