    I am filing this complaint against South Coast Med Spa due to misrepresentation of services, failure to provide promised results, lack of transparency, and extremely poor customer service. Despite following their treatment plan as directed, my skin condition worsened significantly, and the company refused to acknowledge my concerns or offer any resolution aside from additional treatments, which I was uncomfortable receiving.Misrepresentation of Expected Results:I was told that BroadBand Light (BBL) laser treatments would be highly effective for my freckles/sun spots and acne, with visible improvements expected after four sessions.After four treatments, not only did I see no improvement, but my skin worsened significantly.Each time I raised concerns, I was reassured that my skin would improve and was encouraged to continue treatments.Failure to Provide Requested Treatment Details:I requested specific treatment settings so that my sister (a licensed esthetician) could review them, but I was denied access to my own treatment information.I also requested before-and-after photos, which were not provided until I followed up.Unprofessional & Condescending Customer Service:After my treatments, I contacted the office multiple times regarding my concerns.I was eventually contacted by **** (a manager), who was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending in her response. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, she accused me of lying and downplayed my skins condition.Refusal to Issue a ********************** Failure:I requested a refund due to the lack of results and worsening condition of my skin.I was informed that I had signed a no-refund contract, despite the company failing to deliver on its promised results. I was offered two additional treatments for free, but given the damage already caused, I did not feel safe proceeding with further treatments.

    I purchased a package at South Coast MedSpa a couple of weeks ago, when the product was purchased I was never told that there was a no refund policy for a service that I have not yet received. I have attempted to contact the office and the supervisor with out any type of help. Im asking for a refund since I have not received any services and they are not helping. I attempted to explain that I may loose my job at ****

    Predatory text messages to upsell service and repeated emails that disturb my peace. They threatened to keep my deposit after I changed my mind about doing business with them more than 48 hours in advance. They content to contact me and will not leave me alone.I have asked politely for them to stop contacting me yet it persists. They also have threatened me when I wrote an honest review about my experience.
