Awful scam. About $600 all paid to open my door. Said it could not be picked and needed to install new lock. Did not seem experienced at all. ****** reviews are filled with fake reviews. Please go elsewhere.

My parents' lock got stuck and I called this service. On ****** it comes up as the first result, saying it's 14+ years in service with 4.8/5 stars. They answered the call promptly and showed up within 15 minutes. After they got here I started reading the Yelp reviews and my heart sank. Two young guys in an unmarked car carrying a bag of tools. They couldn't fix the lock or break it. They climbed in through the window and were trying to break it from both sides. They finally came back out and started hammering at the stuck bolt and would have carried on and damaged the door but I was able to find my husband's bolt cutters and gave it to them. They managed to cut it open finally. They offered to replace the dead bolt and lock. After reading the Yelp reviews I was worried so I asked them to clearly tell me how much they would charge. They said $400 for the whole thing including both locks. I asked my mom if that was ok with her and she said yes. I was still wary. It took them a lot longer to install the new locks than one would expect. They certainly did NOT seem to be experienced locksmiths. My husband who was standing near me knew he could have probably done exactly what they did but we had hoped to salvage the original lock by calling a locksmith. After they finally got the locks on they asked to get paid and I told them I needed a receipt. They handed me a receipt and asked for $700. I couldn't believe it. I was pretty upset and said flat out I would not pay that much. Because I had read the reviews I was prepared and told them they could take their lock off and leave but I would only pay them to break open the old lock. One of the guys then dropped his price to $500 but I held firm so he finally relented and agreed to $400. What a ****** scam. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!

Buyer beware! The guy that came out dropped our brand new doorknobs on the brand new flooring several times to the point that I asked if he needed me to hold it while he screwed it on the door. Services were after hours but not an emergency. We had the old ************ but bought new door locks. After the guy completed the work he wanted $400 via zelle. If he knew it costed that much he should have not proceeded with the work! I told him we were going to be buying a new door and a new lock with two keys were only $125! He didnt even make a new set of keys. Needless to say, we called the business afterwards because we felt scammed and taken advantage of. So far no call from the manager.. and we asked for an invoice which we have yet to receive. Im not even sure if this is a real company or con artist?!?
