    We paid ****************** $3960 for a 20 day bootcamp to train our dog, Lady. Lady would board at the business during weekdays, and we would take her home on weekends. The business guaranteed 4 individual/family classes, as well as an additional 4 group classes for our dog, which is included in the contract I signed. We dropped Lady off for her first week September 15, 2024.During Lady's first week, I called two times to check on the wellbeing of my pet. Both times I was told a trainer would call back, which they never did. I called and asked when we would be able to set up the one-on-one trainings, as this was never discussed with us at time of signing the contract. The woman on the phone said that there would be no one-on-one trainings I would need to attend a group class to figure out what is going on with my pet. I was confused, because we paid close to $4k for a personalized plan that included 4 individual training classes in addition to 4 group classes. The woman on the phone said that there would be no way for the trainers to have the time to have individual time with each family that left their pets there to train so that I would need to attend a group class to figure out what was going on. At the time of signing the contract, group classes were presented as a bonus add-on to supplement the training program, not a core component of it. Lady was sick when I picked her up after her first week. We decided to withdraw her from the program because I did not feel safe leaving her there and for the lack of communication from the business and the refusal to follow through with their end of the contract of providing individual classes. We met with the owner in person on Sept 22 to try and resolve this. We requested money back for the days we would not be using and the owner refused. I have sent a letter of demand for refund to the business on September 25th, to which they haven't replied.I can send contract and demand for refund. I am unable to upload here.
