They Didn't tell me at all what the aftercare was for implants, if I could go to work the next day or what I had to avoid or LITERALLY ANYTHING. I had to call for two days in a row to get try to get information but never did.Second, they Didn't tell me I needed a flipper, which I did. I had to go out my way to get that done on an additional day the day before the implant appointment. If I didn't ask about getting one they would've never even given me one since NO ONE mentioned it. And that is something that I NEEDED. Also had to wait an hour to be seen but thats besides the point. The doctor looks at me and tell me he isn't going to do the implant. After I drove out there for my appointment. He walked out, got in his car and drove away because I told him that Ive smoked before. I don't smoke cigarettes by the way it's medical cannabis. They said Smoking after getting an implant can create a greater chance of it "failing" which I'm aware of and wasn't going to smoke after getting an implant and which I also told him I'm not going to smoke after the implant. However, It has nothing to do with if you have smoked prior to or BEFORE the procedure? So he didn't want to do my surgery because he doesn't agree with my life choices. Mind you, they never asked me before the appointment if I have smoked before or told me that if I smoke I can't get the implant done. Wouldn't you think they should do that? But they didn't, because this just Simply is NOT true. NO OTHER dentist would tell you that you cannot get an implant because you have smoked. Prejudice and discrimination against me because I smoke weed which is legal in my state of **. I need this implant done still. Ive wasted so much time with this awful business. This happened July 25 and 26th of 2024.

I went to OneStop Dental Implants 8/26/22 for a consultation regarding implants to release #3 and #4 molars. **************************** put in an implant to replace #3 molar, with plans to do sinus lift and second at a later date. It was apparent immediately that something was wrong based on pain and discomfort. At a later appt Dr ********************* me all was normal. While awaiting the next appt, the manager at OneStop called to inform me that ************************ would be taking over the case. At that appt *************** informed me that the sinus has been pierced, and the implant needed to be removed, which he did a few days later. In 3 months, *************** put in 2 Implants. When I came in to have the stitches removed, he informed me that the sinus was infected. He then drained the sinus and removed the Implants. He called me daily, refilling a very strong antibiotic at least 5 times. He also referred me to Dr ********* to repeat that procedure. Dr ********* informed me that a sinus surgeon needed to be brought in. I did have surgery 8/31/23. No more contact with OneStop. I requested a refund. I also have had to pay additional money to ****** Valley Endodontics to find out why I'm still in pain. Also, ************************************ had a removable device to replace the missing teeth. Not a candidate for Implants any more, as *************** did not fill in the bone. OneStop refused any refund unless I sign waiver of rights to damages.
