This is an auto repair business that routinely uses public streets to ************ cars and store cars for extended periods of time without moving them. The business often performs auto care services for customers in front to private residences, while on public property. They have been asked to cease this activity multiple times but they have refused to keep their business activities limited to their commercial property.

On 3/15/22 I took my car in because my engine light was on and the car was shaking or idling really bad, after diagnostic ***** called me saying the throttle needed repairs and that I had a air leak. He said if I did not get the repairs did my entire computer system in the car would shut down he took advantage of me as a woman and knew I would trust his words. I quickly agreed to service and paid him 750.55$ that day. I picked my car up at closing time but I noticed it was still shaky then 2 days later the engine light was back on. I had my boyfriend take the car back at this time ***** said it was the opposite side air leak but he supposedly fixed all air leaks, he fixed the other side and I took my car. 1 week later same thing back shaking and engine light on we took the car back and he blamed the parts said that they were faulty. Told me bring the car back in a couple days. I took the car back he replaced the bad parts. 4 days later the engine light is back on and the car is still shaking. I had my boyfriend go back and tell him my car is not fixed and I'd like my money back to take it somewhere else. During the mist of a pandemic being a single mother I need my car. He told my boyfriend to bring my car back, he told him that I didn't want him touching my car anymore after 4 failed attempts that I just wanted my money back. That was 5/12/22 and he said he would call me but I've heard nothing. I just want my money so I can get my car fixed. Its my only transportation to and from work and I've had to get rental cars because I cant commute from ***** to ******* in a unreliable car. And he never gave me a receipt until 4/27/22 which was the date of the last time I took the car to him. And on one receipt its dated for 11/8/**** which is false the car is a 2012 car wasn't even made yet in ****.
