            Three+ weeks before needed I contracted CareBuilders at Home to give me transportation to and from surgery on Nov 14, without which I could not have the surgery. *********************, the Exec Director indicated in email that he would provide the transport. Then I did not hear from BR and he did not respond to my email queries. Finally, I contracted the needed transport with a different service. The on the evening of Nov 12 I received a text message on my phone with the name of a woman and no instructions. The alternative service provided the essential transportation to the surgery center. When I was standing at the intake window I received a call from the woman named in the text. CareBuilders at Home provided no transport and caused me considerable inconvenience and stress. The I discovered that CareBuilder at Home charged my credit card $140 for the service they did not provide. I disputed the $140 charge with the Bank and it was removed. Then CareBuilders at Home charged my credit card $140 again on Jan 10 2023.

            I tried to update but he system wouldn't allow it. We'd already refunded the amount...the system automatically reentered the charge after we cancelled it. Issue has been resolved
