I purchased tickets to the Grand Re-Opening of Thee Stork Club. The day of the event the Grand Re-Opening show was cancelled because Thee Stork Club failed to obtain a permit in time. After almost a year of emailing, I finally was told by Thee Stork Clubs Instagram account I would be refunded; and to email them again to get my refund. I emailed them twice since then, only to once again receive no response to any of my emails. I would BBB to help me collect my refund. I have included screen shots of the Instagram message where it is stated they will refund me, the venues post announcing the show was cancelled due to a lack of permits (permit issue mentioned in the first comment below post), and my original ticket confirmation email. The venue occasionally has made the argument the show wasnt canceled, it was moved. My counter point to this is that the bands were moved to a new show, where the tickets for the event I planned to attend were honored. While I appreciate this effort put forth by the venue, I bought tickets not to/for the bands, but for the grand reopening of a club I dearly loved prior to it closing. When the venue failed to obtain the needed permits to have the grand reopening on the advertised date, they failed to put on the event that was advertised and that I bought tickets to. The venue claimed to have put on a replacement grand reopening show a few months later, no information regarding this show was emailed to people who had bought tickets and I am not aware of any evidence it actually occurred.

I am writing to dispute a charge of $****** to my credit card account on October 12, 2022.I visited Thee Stork Club around 6:30pm. I opened a tab when I ordered my first drink and then closed my tab at around 10:30pm. When I went to close my tab, the bartenders had changed shifts. The new bartender was unable to locate my credit card. He asked me if my name was x multiple times and I told him no, my name is *******. When he located my credit card he told me it had already been closed out. It had a receipt wrapped around it. I looked at the receipt and told the bartender it had x name on it and that my name is *******. A man at the bar raised his hand and said he was x. The bartender had ran my card on xs tab which explains the ****** charge. I did not know this man at the bar named x.The bartender then found my correct tab, ran my card, printed the receipt, and I left the bar. Please ask the bar to provide video evidence or timestamps of when the tab was opened. When I called Chase, I was told the bar disputed the chargeback and claimed I had two simultaneous tabs opened. I have tried to contact the bar numerous times on multiple platforms and they have ignored me. If their point of sales system tracks when tabs are opened, it will show that my tab was opened at 6:30pm. Please ask them to check when xs tab was open. I am requesting that the error be corrected,
