    On June 25, 2024, I purchased a publishing service from Amazon Book Publishing Central for $1,830 USD. Before finalizing with *** Senior, the head of publishing and marketing, I inquired about service quality and timely completion. He assured me the project would be completed within two months and confirmed a 90-day money-back guarantee via email. The onboarding call was scheduled for June 26 at 9:30 AM, but no one contacted me. Later, ******** *****, the project manager, reached out and took charge. The first month showed little progress, and communication involved constant back-and-forth emails. Despite repeated requests, they failed to arrange a call with the writer. When they eventually scheduled one, no one called, and follow-ups yielded apologies but no resolution. ******** remained slow despite assurances that the project would meet the timeline. By the fifth week, ****** ****** took over the project. I reminded them about the timeline and my book launch plans, but no significant progress was made. Concerned about the 90-day guarantee period, I contacted ***, but he did not respond. Despite extending the original August 25 deadline by 12 weeks, there was still no progress. Frustrated, I requested a refund. ****** informed me that their Head of Department, ****** ******, wanted to discuss this, scheduling a call for September 4, which was missed again. ****** later offered to complete the project in one more week, but when I requested written assurance, none was provided. I declined their eventual offer of a 50% refund, as their policy guarantees 100% in cases of dissatisfaction. Their delays wasted 910 weeks of my time, caused me financial loss and missed opportunities. The guarantee and timeline were outlined clearly in the quote, supported by a Non-Disclosure Agreement, though the *** lacked a dispute resolution clause. The experience highlighted their inefficiency, lack of professionalism, and disregard for work ethics, leaving me deeply frustrated.
