            On 8/16/21, I received a promissory note from Imperium Investments, LLC $30000 They committed to the amount but didn't pay me. I can't get a hold of them. The maturity date was August 16, 2022 I need to know what happened, if I'm being cheated.

            Hi, a Note was given to the customer and she has since received a payment every month as well as a lump sum payment through the intended and completed refinance she did not indicate in her response. She contacted our office via email on 9/4/2024 then again on 9/6/2024 to request information regarding the "final payment" since she also previously expressed that she has medical bills and needed the money to pay those unforeseen expenses. I responded to the client directly and already had a follow up planned with her within 3 business days as my communication to her indicated; I sent her this response to her initial email she sent on 9/4/2024 just 1 day after receiving it, sent 9/5/2024, and to her second email on the same day promptly, 9/6/2024. She did not respond further and appears to have contacted BBB thereafter and before the 3 business days had expired, which did not include weekends or holidays I explained in my initial email response sent to her on 9/5/2024.

            We intend to communicate this to the client regarding the payment schedule directly as previously noted as this is not a public matter and she has been able to contact us and receive a response, two responses, since her initial contact, thus making this allegation not completely accurate. Our intended response to her is due by 9/10/2024 per my response to client before she filed this complaint and we still intend to honor our response commitment by that date.
