    Hello, I ordered & paid for Modway Tahoe 2-matching outdoor chairs w/matching cushions Black w/white cushions @ $962.00 total. After receiving my order, I opened & discovered I have 2-different ****************** none of what I ordered. 1-White chair w/**** cushion & 1- **** chair w/white cushion. I immediately reached out thru ************* calls. I started w/I need to exchange for my correct order. I filled out many forms, photos etc & have gotten emails stating I need to send more photos & explanation of the order or damage. I have explained there is no damage only opened box missing instructions. No big deal.Thats not the problem! The problem is they sent the wrong products I ordered. I have 2-unmatched ************* have my money. I now only ask for the product labels to returned & my money fully refunded. I have gotten ugly emails about do not sending any more emails. What?!! They ask for more! I am blown away w/their lack of concern & rude behavior. I just want my money refund. Im afraid now its a waiting game after 30 days they wont refund. I ordered on July 16th. Received the wrong order July 22nd. Now I wait!! Please help! I only want my money back $962.00 And they can have these unmatched chairs! They have all the ************* number but keep asking for more ********************* I just want my money returned! Thank you,

    I ordered a table, paid 875 they processed my payment-it left my bank the very next day. 4 days later sent me an email stating that my payment was flagged as fraudulent and they needed a copy of my photo ID??? Ive NEVER been asked to provide a copy of my ID to an online seller. Called told them no way I would ever provide info that personal and asked for a refund-was told I would receive the email within seconds-two hours later no email and when I call back Im placed on perpetual hold. I am scared to death that Ive been scammed out of 875? These folks are creepy and seem like money launderers

    Poor customer service do not buy anything from them they will happily take your money but if there is an issue you never hear from them its like pulling teeth

    I ordered a chest of drawers on 6/15/2022. The transaction cleared the following day on my credit card. I received the confirmation information and invoice for my order. When I went back to my account to check for tracking information it was not there, not was there any update as to when it may ship. When I contacted chat support on 6/21, I was told they needed me to send my photo ID in order to proceed with my order. I asked multiple times why that was necessary, especially as they have already charged my credit card. I also found it to be suspicious that it took me contacting them to be told this. I was told the email was scheduled to go out today. They could not give me a reason why they needed my ID, just that there was an issue, and they are trying to protect me from fraud. I have never been asked to provide an ID or an online order, nor do not see how me sending my ID would help prevent fraud as they have no idea what I look like. They did offer to cancel my order and provide a refund, which I've accepted, but have not received yet. While I hope this issue is official resolved, I find it to be incredibly shady that an online company needs a photo ID to ship an order that they have already processed payment for. I will feel relieved once my refund has been credited to my account.

Our payment processing system flagged your order as potentially fraudulent. In order to protect you from potential identity theft or fraud, we required a photo ID to be able to continue with your order. We apologize sincerely for not making this reason more clear and we will be reviewing our internal policies to help improve transparency in situations like this. Upon your request, we were happy to provide you with a refund. Unfortunately, the payment was disputed before we could process the refund on our end. When this happens the funds are frozen and completely out of our hands until the dispute is resolved. At this point, all we can do is to refrain from fighting the dispute and hope that your bank will soon provide the funds back to your account as soon as possible. Again, we're sorry the situation ended up like this and we're grateful for your feedback.

    DO NOT buy anything from this company. We ordered a table to try them out, table came with 8 missing pieces. Tried to reach out to customer service and they would not return my phone call and over email gave us the run around on the resolution. We needed the table for a birthday party in 5 days and without a resolution I informed them I would need to return the table and purchase a new one. Their representative would not send me a return label and in 2 days she sends me a tracking number for the missing parts, completely disregarding that the table was now taken apart and back in the box. The other issue was that the parts were set to arrive 4 days after the party and we already ordered the new one from somewhere else more reputable. Unfortunately I had to start a dispute process with my credit card.
