    On, March 2, 2024, I went in to see a ***** Clarity plugin hybrid they had advertised online, ***** was the salesman who helped me, there was another guy finance manager but I did not get his name. I rest drove one that had 73k miles on it , but they had another one that was at the ***** dealer that I wanted because it had less miles on it 38k, they told me they could have it there early in the week, They asked for a deposit on the car and they wanted to fill out the **** papers that night, I told them i was pre approved through my bank at 6.91%< they prepared the paperwork and the price was $5k more I said why then I saw they had added a warranty package for $4k and gap insurance for $1k, I said I did not want that, they also added door guards and window tinting for $1790 I said I did not want that either, why would I pay for window tinting on a car that has factory tint. They took it off. The price of the car was $21,698 plus tax and lic , I had a down payment of $13k cash, so I was to finance appropriately $11,696 through my bank. I went in on March 7, 2024, test drive the clarity with the lower miles on it. I said I wanted it but it would take me a few days to get all the cash together for the down payment. On March 14, 2024 I went in to give them the down payment and for them to submit the loan to my bank it was late at night and they said they were closed, but had me sign a sales agreement again with added things on it like theft patrol for $1500 , portfolio for$2205 and the door guards and window tint were back on there for $1790 I again stated I did not want any of that, they said don't worry it will all be off of there when it's submitted to your bank , by Monday I had not heard from my bank i called the dealership, they told me it was to much for my bank so they went ahead and did the financing through there lender at 9.99% and 72 mos. They did not remove any of the extra items and they never contacted my bank I don't have any income and they got this loan

    STG ********** knew from the moment I walked in that I had my own financing at 6.91% and that I did not want to go with any other lenders.

    When I left with the car they said that the bank was closed but when they opened the following day they would submit the paperwork. On the paperwork there was about 5k of extras that I absolutely said I did not want and they assured me it would not be on the docs sent to my bank. Two days passed I had not heard a word I contacted my bank and they had not heard from the dealership. I contacted the dealer they said they went ahead and went with their lender at 9.99% and they failed to remove the items. I never authorized going with any other lender.

    My insurance company paid the shop for a Rim that the shop did not replace. They refuse to return the money to me OR my insurance company. The insurance company won't refund me until the shop pays them. This has been ongoing since March 2023.

    BASIC INFORMATION:Case # with ****** of ******* Customer Advocacy ******************* ****** Impreza ***** miles as of 2/20/2023 Purchased new on 11/27/2018 #4 Rod bearing completely spun INCIDENT:2/19/23 Experienced loud knocking. Towed to ******************* (SoLV)2/20 Met with ***************************** ********** Service Advisor) and ***************************** (Service Manager) for SoLV. Looked at vehicle, turned on engine, heard knocking sound, checked oil level via the dip stick & verbally told us that oil level looked appropriate. 2/21 ******* informed us oil was drained & metal contaminants were found. Recommended motor teardown be done to assess reason for engine failure. Loaner car provided. 3/6 Sent ******* documentation of oil change history with dates, ******************** 3/20 ******* informed ** ****** of America (SOA) was not going to honor Powertrain Warranty & instead was willing to cover 75% of cost to repair as goodwill gesture.3/20 Called SOA Customer Advocacy and requested that ***********************, assigned representative, return our call. 3/22 Discussed issue ****** & pointed to oil change *********************** of drained oil (4qts) that we received from ******* since SOA inspectors report noted gap in oil change **************** was short 3 qts of oil.4/11 ****** informed us SOA was not going to change the offer to cover 75% of repair cost because it had been deemed a maintenance issue in that engine was short 0.7 quarts of oil. He did note:-Inspectors report about being short 3 qts oil was incorrect -Oil change docs we provided was not in question -Picture of oil contained oil that was drained plus oil from oil filter -If somebody at SoLV could confirm dip stick showed appropriate level of oil that he could re-review case 4/11 Talked to ******* who confirmed dip stick showed appropriate level of oil & confirmed that measuring cup only contained oil from pan and NOT oil from oil filter. Emailed information to ****** on 4/11 & requested reassessment.

    I brought in a used **** 44 front 4x4 axle to get rebuilt ALONG with all parts needed to perform this task. First ******, owner of the company wouldn't give me a price on this job just kept saying "oh don't worry ill take care of you so every time I went to check on progress he kept saying the same thing don't worry I got you. Being that he knew some people I know didn't worry about it.Well after all that it took about three months plus to get done finally they supposedly finished the job.Im building this part on my truck 2012 silverado converting this truck to a str aight axle ( the **** 44),well it's taken all this time ,about 10 months ,to almost complete.So at this time I had hung the axle in my truck I'm driving along for a test drive and the new rotor on drive side was rubbing on the backing plate.so I myself took it apart to heck it because ******(owner ) said it would be about 3 months before he could get me in to check it after he charged me **** and I paid cash on.He wanted 1800$ at first and it was all for labor.so as I started taking apart the drive side of the axle as I pulled off the rotor that was now all grooved from rubbing on the backing plate that the bearings were either the one that came originally with the axle or old ones were put in ,but were not the new ones I gave them to put in along with the hub seals which were also old ones.I called ******* about this and all he said was just buy new ones and I'll write you check,well what about all my time and labor that I paid him to do this origanally.He wanted me to wait like 3 months just to look at it .anyway as I continue to Check the rest of the axle there was no gear oil in the differential area,it was dry along with the hubs both sides were dry with no axle grease except old grease in the old bearings.Bottom line is I tried to get the shop to fix their mishaps which wasn't going to happen any time soon after already paying for a supposedly finished/complete Job that was not ..what I think

    Date IN: APRIL16,2020 TO A ) DATE OUT: JAN20,2022 1 year 6 months and 20 days G&M ********* and diesel services incorporated has had my truck in their possession.B) Amount paid in full $26,792.23 C) Through the 1yr. 6 months 20 days in possession of of G&M ********* and diesel services **** I have received five individual times phone call from G&M my truck is ready come pick it up, each individual time picking up my truck there would be an noticeable mechanical issue from motor,oil dripping out of engine block, to high pressure fuel regulator leaking, not attached wire harness,FIC board not secured inside compartment, knocking sound from the engine, it in the these issues and other brought to the attention to ************ @ G&M each individual time something more would occur each time having to return my truck back immediately, my truck could not even get more than 10 Mi each individual time and would shut off had to get AAA to tow my truck f-250 Super Duty 2006 back to their shop out of that 1 year 6 months and 20 days I have been getting to a total of driving my truck more than 1 day. Approximately.D)$26,792.23 still I have no truck, last time getting it out wrote a demand letter that made attention to ************ Certified on 12/15/2021 letter stated correction of mechanical errors January 21st 2020 or before which would be appreciated, nothing was corrected, fixed or offered any reimbursement on services that been paid in full and and are not acceptable of their service. Not even a reply was returned or even acknowledged when I arrived of the day I picked up my truck. I'd like to know that the odometer readings on the invoices are false of test driving, and I'm going to follow up with the ************************** on some fraud issues.     I the complaint was never meant for California Auto motive Solutions it was for a auto shop I don't know who how what and why the complaint went to this business or whatever it is so for the record no there is no complaint against them I'm trying to locate a diesel shop in Orange.

    Car was sold to me and the car warranty was never transferred to my name. The dealership did not do this because they did not want to pay a fee. They also never told me this until I brought the car to another dealership to have the manufacturer warrantyin something that was wrong with the car

    I purchased a standard range single motor 2021 Tesla model Y in April 2021. The car took 3 months to build. The order was placed in February 6 and the car was delivered April 26, 2021. The single motor standard range model Y vehicle was only sold for six weeks in 2021 before it was discontinued and I never knew why. The moment I drove my car off the burbank Tesla lot I noticed my air condition did not work at all. The air condition entire two component part had to be replaced which took A few months and a different service center to repair. In March 2022 my battery started depleteing to the point where on March 29 it would only charge to a high of 107 miles when the car should charge to 244 miles. I drove the car to directly to *********************** it has been there for three weeks Yesterday. TESLA told me right away the battery pack has to be completely replaced with no explanation as to why it died, The car is less than a year old. They ordered the battery that day. To this day I have no idea how long that Repair is still going to take they cant give me any information but that theyre doing the best they can. Tesla does not have a agreement with the rental car company they only give Uber credits and I was 12th in line for a loaner car which now I am two people still ahead of me and its three weeks later. This has been a burden to my family I have four children I cannot possibly Uber my children around. Moreover I am filing this complaint because I truly believe my car is a lemon and that there was a problem in the production of the single motor 2021 model Y Teslas that were only sold for six weeks. I have had other issues with the car that seem to be more computer related but with no explanation as to why things happen why the car routes me to areas Ive never been and doesnt recognize my iPhone as a key. Also the middle backseat mechanism for moving forward has broken twice and has not allowed me to get to the back two seats - I have a seven seater.

    Had Breaks and Rotors Replaced with a one year warranty, which warranty's still good.1)*Want all our money back for obviously faulty break work." And, the additional damage to car.2)Complaint Against:*******************.1190 ************************************************************** ph # ************** 3)Day two we call mechanic and they mention they nearly done with repairing doors and breaks. We state, there must be a mistake because we only came in for our breaks that were broken. That made them very angry, even though they were "clearly" in the wrong about door work. We never asked for the door repair - locking mech. We "just needed breaks repaired." They fixed the breaks and didn't mention the weird door issue again - which they didn't repair and we're glad for that.After a couple months breaks were bad, even though they did the work. Breaks are making noises again (intermittently) and now we noticed both front wheels are missing one lug nut each, and lugs are obviously stripped. They never mentioned that they stripped the lugs and were NOT replacing them. They also broke the hub cap, which they put zip-ties on. But oddly, they mentioned that they broke the hub cap. I can live with a broken hub cap, but really? It took them 4 to 5 days to repair breaks under warranty, even though they mentioned they would be finished the next day. I suppose we can live with that too.After the second time they repaired they breaks they didn't give us paperwork. They are taking advantage of us and being unethical, with dangerous behavior, because they believe they can.We need your help since we placed a lot of trust in "*******************" and they absolutely abused that right and created a dangerous situation with my "family" van. Note, our van runs great and always has. We know they will deny everything, I mean that appears how they work. I'm willing to put myself out there with the BBB to prove "*******************" if not on purpose failed us, then were minimally incompetent.

    On 2/11/22 I had my vehicle towed to ******************* due to the car not starting and a check engine light when it was last operable. On 2/12/22 I called and asked for a quote for the repair charges and spoke with an employee who gave me the quote of roughly $1220 and I said I would proceed and he told me it is near close of business and he would have to let ******** know I want to proceed; on 2/14/22 I called when the dealership opened, spoke with ******** and declined the repairs because it was too expensive. On 2/19/22 I paid for a new battery from ******************* as well as special cut keys the advisor ************************* said I could not return, then had my car towed back home. On 2/26/22, I had replaced the battery in my existing key fob and went to start my car, thats when I noticed I still had the old battery in the car and the battery was never changed. This was brought to the dealerships attention 2/28/22 who said they could have it towed to them but I would still have to pay for a new battery. I declined and purchased my own battery at a local car parts store and my car started. They said theyd issue a full refund which has yet to be received.
