            Hello,We stayed at the Hyatt Resort of Squaw Creek over a dozen times this year because we were told pets that are service animals are welcome on the property for free. The last time we stayed there, we were charged a 300 dollar fee for a pet cleaning fee. We disputed the charge with them but each time the hotel gave different reasons why we received a charge. They lied and said he was loud, then that pets can't be in the room when service was provided, then they said the room was messy which it was not, lastly, we were told pets are simply not allowed. Bringing our pet was the only reason we booked the hotel and why we stayed there at least a dozen times without an issue this year alone. We were never charged for having a pet because they were always free for service animals. The last manager stated that he can only partially refund is 150. This is still deceiving because we always call ahead of time for any hotel we stay in and were told directly that service pets are free on the phone and at check-in. We just want our money back because we were lied to.
