            We hired this company to completed bee removal and repairs to our home on 4/21/23. We paid $1200 for their services. They resolved the bee problem but during the repairs, one of the products they used damaged our turf. We contacted them to repair the turf and they asked us to obtain a repair quote. We had the turf company that installed our turf come out and give us a quote for the repairs and we then provided the quote to the BeeKeeper. We were then advised that the amount on the quote was "not fair" and it was too expensive. Allegedly, they showed a picture of the damage to a "friend in the turf industry" who said they were overcharging us. I asked the BeeKeeper to provide me that turf company's contact info to have them come out and look at the damage before making a judgement based on a photo. They did not ask what kind of turf we have when making that comment. I was told they would not give us that info. Management of The BeeKeeper wouldnt even speak with me, they were having the secretary, Linda, relay their message. It is not right what they are trying to do. The quote we received was for $260 for repairs and they do not want to cover it.
