            On Saturday, August 20, 2022, ****** ******** owner of Ontario MFG and Iron Works agreed to manufacture and install a custom wrought iron front door for my home. There was a verbal and written agreement that the door installation would take place in approximately 10-15 work days or less. It’s been 47 days (about 30 business days if that’s what they referred to as work days) since the mutual verbal and written agreement occurred and the door has not been installed. My husband ***** has made contact with ****** several times and he doesn’t answer phone calls, rather texts back and has given him several excuses on why the installation hasn’t happened, he keeps changing the installation date and time. We’ve been extremely patient but we are not getting any results and at this point we would like to get our $400 deposit back and go with a different company.

            ******, *******, and **** ********, sons and father, owners of Ontario MFG Iron Works, agreed to perform a security door job at my residence. The invoice dated 01/25/2022, description states: 1 Security Double French Doors All supplies included Powder coat Color: Gloss white Approx time: 15-20 work days Total: $800.00 Deposit: $400.00 Balance: $400.00 Signed: MAB (initials of ****** A ********) 01/25/2022 After many various texts ( available for verification) promising delivery/ installation dates, many various reasons for no shows or notification, no photo clarification of finished product provided after many requests, the invoiced doors have not been installed. I have made several requests for the deposit of $400.00 to be returned, (even offering them an easy payment plan) so we can end this with a good business relationship. Their continued response was, “the doors are ready to install, we just have to get a good installation date, we are so busy”. Still no pictures to verify the doors even exist. I have told them I didn’t want to have to take action to collect, I wanted to keep a good business relationship, but after @7 months, they continue to set false dates, promises, and no doors or refund has been received. I had trust and good faith in these owners. I hate to think of others going through the same frustrations, feeling there is no recourse for such dishonesty. Buyer beware
