We ordered from MaxTool a DuroMax XP652WX Dual Fuel Engine Water Pump (hereinafter the Pump) with Order # MXT1127740. This purchase ordered on June 11, 2024, and delivered on June 15, 2024. We received the Pump before we had completed the Installation of the irrigation line and a platform for the Pump. We started the Pump on July 19, 2024, and immediately determined that the Pump did not perform in accordance with specifications. We reach out to ******* for assistance and encountered the following delaying tactics: (1) phone calls not answered, (2) voice mails not returned, (3) **************** Representatives unfamiliar with pumps, (4) requests for assistance referred to Technical Advisors who never return calls, (5) eventually they are not sure if the 30 or ******************************************************** effect, and (6) our requests to talk to senior management are not answered or returned. The tactics employed by the companies point to an intentional collusion to avoid standing behind the products they manufacture, distribute and sell. When we ordered the Pump we did not know that MaxTool has a D+ rating and Duromax has an F Rating with the Better Business Bureau. The only Officer we could locate for MaxTool had a New York address. On July 27, 2024 we sent Demand Letters to Officers of MaxTool at the ******** address, and Duromax at its *******, CA address. We never received a response. Duromax and MaxTool have an intentional practice of not returning calls and delaying until the clock runs out on their short term Guaranteed Satisfaction Return Policy. The advertised "3 year warranty is watered down to Parts Only with customers paying for shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. [if its Parts Only why is shipping and restocking a cost to purchaser] We want a remedy for the recovery of the purchase price, incidental costs including for our time, and for a fully prepaid method of returning pump. If necessary, we may seek additional remedies.

Not even 1 star is the yard tool creditable! NEVER EVER AGAIN

I ordered a cordless trimmer on 4/26/2024. They say ships in 5-8 business days, and I would get an email when shipped. No emails, no product. I've sent 3 emails with my order #, and have not received a response. Will not order from them again. The ads look great, but don't buy from them. It's no wonder they're a small business, and most likely, they'll remain that way.

I do not live in ********** but was charged from a max tools company located in **********. It came out to $900. They stole my banking information and stole $900 from me. Once again, never heard of the company and never even been to **********.

I received a cordless trimmer with 2 batteries. Only one battery works. I contacted them 2 times for a replacement battery with no response. The trimmer is very good. I need the second battery that I paid for. Evidently they don’t address problems or complaints.

Max tools sent an item that was used and damaged beyond repair and with oil already in it. Upon receiving the mangled box I immediately called and held for almost 3 hours. Upon getting someone I was told that I should return the item for a full refund, but yet that goes against their very own return policy on there website. I let them know and they said to return it anyway. Upon research and some odd things said it could be deemed non refundable upon receiving the item. I made them aware and their own policy states that they make zero exceptions on return an item with gas or oil in the mixture. Again it was shipped this way. Max tools refuses to make it right and continues to not communicate to make this right this was an expensive item and was supposed to be brand new. Instead it was used already had oil and no packaging inside the box and damaged beyond repair. Max tools continues to lie and fight saying they gave every opportunity, but like other reviews here it's just so they can scam you out of your money and fight tooth and nail to not make it right... All while claiming they are a small business and claims against them hurt. Well they should because you should have never allowed a machine to leave your doors or warehouse in a condition that wasn't brand new when it's ordered to be new. Like others have said. Stay far away from this company.

I had an order and the price woz 200 And thy said after 3 day thy don’t have it at all but at the same time the Products still available at $400 on the websites available to buy now what a scammer Do not buy anything from them

Horrible! Ordered a generator and got notified that it was ready for shipment. Gave a tracking number on the item. One to three days shipping is what they advertised so I called after 5 days. Maxtool cs said the carrier had a screwed up trailer and they would get it sorted out the next day and get a new tracking number. Two more days I call cs and they can’t give me any info. Anthony with cs says it’s already been processed and can’t give me a refund. Says he will get with his manager and send me a email. No email. I called them a total of three times trying to find my generator that I paid $1300 for. There’s a reason they have a D+ rating.
