            This company is based in *************** and steals ************** Card info. They offer a trial of these LOW-Grade products to gain access to your Credit Card info. Then charge your card every month at THREE TIMES the original price! They offer no phone support and do not answer emails. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR INFO! Their products ARE NOT ****approved and contain high levels of LOW-Grade ingredients that can make you ill! Don't be scammed! There is NO way to get your money back as they operate like ALL SCAMMERS outside of ******.

            Masculen Titan online sales was on ******** with a cheap deal for one bottle of masculen titan so I thought it's cheap I'll try it out and ***** I wish I hadn't .They keep taking money off my card every month and keep sending me products I don't want ,first it was a month after I bought one bottle for a one time purchase and I even told them not to charge me any more and the month after they charged my card again and sent me another bottle of masculen titan the stuff is no good ,then just earlier they charge my card for ***** dollars for three more dollars of the junk ,I want my money back!!! Very unhappy! They do not listen or read their emails apparently!

            I originally ordered this product and wasn't very satisfied with it. They keep sending me products and charging me. I've sent several emails stating I didn't order it. They never responded. When I'd call they would give me the run around or just hang up on me. They refused to put me on the phone with a supervisor.

            We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. 

            We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see significant benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30-day supply and allow you to try our products for 30 days. If you do not cancel within ******************************************************************************************** an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases, our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips so customers are able to contact us if they need clarification on the terms or have any questions about the products. Your account was cancelled on 2/21/2024.

            We have canceled your account on 2/16/2024 and as a ONE-TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back all the charges, today without the need to return any of our products.
