I bought this a year ago and had to exchange it for a bigger size. When I exchanged it for a bigger size, it still didn't fit because the inner thighs were too tight. I didn't know what else to do but complained to customer service that customer service was rude and incompetent. I wanted to return them, but I already had to pay my return, and I didn't want to pay another return fee, SMH. If you have a big bottom, thighs, and hips go up two sizes. It ***** because I liked them, but the sizing is all wrong, I think their clothes are made in a Chinese sweatshop, that's why they fit so little. Companies that rip off their customers don't deserve to see growth and success.

Very disappointed in this store. Long term customer and my recent purchase was delivered to the wrong community box number accidentally and was never recovered. They will not offer any replacement or refund as its against their policy and it shows as "delivered". So much for working with the customer and trying to solve issues that come up. Very sad, Im out $250 now and will not be going back to their store. Completely avoidable and unnecessary.

I placed an order and unfortunately it was misdelivered so I didn't receive my products. Upon contacting the company they refused to help me when I wanted a replacement to be sent and still haven't helped me. So they have now defrauded me of my money and absolutely don't care. Not a good business practice. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

Their stuff is so cheap. I used to love their clothes and still do but honest it's all trash. Its Extremely expensive throwaway close.. And God forbid you order a Winter not be satisfied because the coat will start falling apart within 2 or 3 weeks. I highly suggest you not order from them

I ordered from black craft before and never had no problem before but I ordered a package and did not receive it even though they said **** said they dropped it off I did not receive a item and they at first told me sometimes things can show up late and to ask neighbors so I did then after couple days still nothing asked for a refund they will not give a refund they said that it's not there responsibility for it to get to me?!won't be shopping through this company again you pay insurance in a company for a reason poor excuse for a company there sitting on top while your still assed out with nothing this company will fail and one of the worse I've ever encountered

Been shopping here awhile with good results. But unfortunately purchased a Pentagram Messenger bag online. Bag came without tassles as shown on website. (Must have been a manufacturer/assembly issue) Contacted customer service and they could not offer an exchange due to no items in stock and could not send replacement tassels. I was offered no solution to my issue. Love my bag and was so excited for it but definitely not as advertised. This company does not take care of their customers if need be. Sadly disappointed in a bag that was quite expensive!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ive been a long time loyal customer of BCC and recently received an order where I ordered two x-large shirts. What came was so small, it could fit my child. When I emailed to inquire as to why the shirts were so tiny (because of course they dont have a customer service number you can call), I was told they were accurate according to the ***** numerals on the tags of the shirt. So I asked about returning them so I could get a larger size and was told Id have to return the free gift I got as well. So now Im stuck giving one shirt to my daughter and feeling the need to lose weight considering they tailor all of their clothes toward stick thin women. Their clothes are also mostly 100% cotton, meaning theyll shrink so I thought okay, Ill get a 3XL and guess what? They have no 3XL womens shirts. What a joke. When I told the representative I spoke to over email that Id just keep it and get another in a bigger size, I asked if there was any way I could get a small discount code for all the inconvenience and was told they dont offer that and have none to give out. Oddly enough, I googled blackcraft coupon codes and what do you know? There was one for 20% off, code POISON. So not only did they lie, but they gave awful customer service and while their clothes are cute, theyre basically made to fit unhealthily skinny women. Not to mention, everything on their website is ridiculously expensive for less than good quality material. I wont be shopping with them anymore.

ordered a messenger bag and when it arrived, i was shocked at how SMALL it was. what kind of messenger bag is THIS small??

I am placing this review before I read any of the others. Ive been buying shirts from BCC for 2 years now. I live on the opposite coast. My last order was placed on Tuesday, its now Friday at 10 in the morning. My multiple item order has already arrived. They have given me nothing but great products and great service. I havent had any problems whatsoever. Their company has treated me so good that I felt like I needed to give them a good review.
