            I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent transaction for a car deal that was promised but ultimately not fulfilled due to a program change. I reached out to ****** at OC Auto Lease to lease an ***** 5 SEL. After negotiating, a white ***** 5 SEL was delivered, but with dents and scratches. I told Garden ************* and ****** that the car condition is unacceptable and would ask to swap it with a new one. They agreed to send a new car, but since the dealership is closed, he promised to deliver the next day. ?The next day ****** sent texts as follows: We have another white on black that just arrived today. Car will be PDId today and they can deliver it tmrw and put you on calendar for earliest delivery at 2pm. If that works we can do it, same pricing and delivery as well. But it would not be today.He essentially agreed to honor the same lease price. However, the following day he sends a cryptic text saying that the program ended and that it is my fault not taking the first car as-is with scratch and ding." Really? people take new cars with scratches/dents? Also, he promised that a car would be delivered with no changes to price. He never apologized and put the blame on me. ****** and Garden ************* had assured me that a specific deal would be available, and based on that promise, I made several arrangements and plans. This sudden change has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I have invested considerable time and effort into this process based on the assurance of the deal, and now I am left without the expected outcome. This situation is not only disappointing but also feels like a breach of trust and commitment. I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation for why the deal could not be honored and what steps your company is willing to take to rectify this situation. It is important to me that we find a satisfactory resolution promptly.Proof of text will be shared upon request.
